Global Water Crisis from a New Perspective And a Solution from Simple Hour-Glass Concept

"Change your Perception to Change your Life and World" is the modern day slogan. It is applicable to every field of human interest. Water is the Foundation of Life. Let us explore this from New Perspective liked to Global Warming We live in a world where science has made everything complex. Let us perceive water from different but basal perspective. For a man who has escaped "Plato's Chair" nature is simple and is governed by simple principles. There are only two forces in nature, the unwinding force of nature coming from SUN and the winding force coming from Earth. The sun light energizes the atmosphere, drives the wind carrying the basal elements like CO2 and O2. Earth in contrast opposes it by a unwinding force that simultaneously works to de-energize the system and thus tries to balance the system. The Earth forces manifests as water/snows that cools and thus maintains heat and sustains life. Material world has a "Parallel World Design". When one part of Earth is energizing, simultaneously another part de-energizes and balances the system. The material world is governed by gravity or centripetal force and has a "time direction" that tends to collapse to "black hole" or death. This time direction to death is countered by living systems. It converts

gravity into anti-gravity in its "inner space" and uses the energy and matter to create biological mass that grows against gravity. Life uses O2 for this process. The existence of life is related to critical balance of ratio of O2 and CO2 - The "ratio of energy to matter" and "ratio of O2 to CO2" thus becomes critical to Earth and Life - See Fig. below.

Both heat and cold , O2 and CO2 ratio are vital to life. O2 inflames fire and unwinding force. In contrast, CO2 and H2O opposes fire and acts as winding force. In short, Oxygen compliments sun/fire/heat and its unwinding force and CO2 and water compliments Earth and its winding force. Sun signifies energy and Earth signifies matter. Both are vital to sustenance of life. An interesting fact one most note her is that, O2 and CO2 works as carrier of information from "outer space" to "inner space" and from "inner space" to "outer space". Water can be understood not only as element helping to build the body but also a carrier of information. Anyone who stops to observe nature, from a point of freedom from "Plato's chair" will note that Earth struggles to sustain "energy to matter ratio". Earth has a "Principle and Parallel Design" by which it self-sustains or self organizes to sustain the ratio of energy to matter or heat of the system. It is also designed to sustain CO2 to O2 ratio of the environment that is vital to life. It is expressed in the above figure.

Let us look at water cycle now from a New Perspective

Water cycle is related to energy or climatic cycle of nature. It has daily peak and fall. The water in environment and Earth, changes depending on the energy or heat from sunlight and Earth forces. There is daily peak and fall. This is embedded in yearly peaking and falling manifesting as climatic cycles. Let us observe this cycle closely in simplicity. As sunlight/heat increases, water begin to vaporize. The water table begins to sink. The dry heat increases, plants and all life on Earth is stressed for water. This is a slow process or gradual change. However, when it reaches some critical limit, Earth begins to react. It begins to

form clouds. This now cuts sunlight and the evaporation of water. This increases the "humid heat" or causes the warming. Plants are the first life to perceive the change. Plants even make physiological changes in anticipation of the change or shift that is coming. This is a period of uncertainty and struggle. A process of natural weeding occurs in this critical period. With the onset of rain, life begins to bloom with New Vigor. This then slowly gives way to opposite. Here we see sun & Earth forces peaking & stressing life & giving way to the opposite. We also see middle portion where life thrives optimally. One can put them in a 1:2:1 ratio. This is the water cycle in which we live in Brief. The Water Cycle in Emerging World A couple of decades back there was a huge cry by ecologist that if we lose forest and greenery rain fall decrease leading to drought. As I left "Plato's chair, the first thing that struck me is that this is a erroneous thinking. Plants have no direct relationship with water cycle. Water cycle is directly related to heat of the environment. I could immediately perceive a world that is inching towards water bound destruction and water stress due to sudden peaking and falling of Sun and Earth forces accompanied by drastic decrease in time that supports growth of life. See Fig. This perception was drawn from above water cycle including human activity on Earth. Human activity on Earth from the industrial era is adding heat exponentially into environment. This means the evaporation rate is getting

accelerated and the amount of moisture in the environment that is available to condense and pour back to Earth as rain/snow is also increasing with time. This means rain/snow fall gets accelerated or precipitation in unit area in unit time increases dramatically. This leads to flash flood and flash snows and so on. In fact we would see a destruction by a double edged sword with simultaneous fire/wind bound and rain/snow bound destructions in adjacent places. We are experiencing this around the world Note -Earth energy is lopsided and is growing in favor of sun and unwinding force. It is also favoring increase in CO2 and decrease of O2. The space-time for Earth to cool is drastically reduced. The consequence is very much there for us to see. The change is accelerating with sudden peaks in heat and accompanied by sudden fall. In other words both unwinding and winding forces are increasing. The winding of Earth is making it fragile. It can cause huge Earth quakes eventually triggering volcanic eruptions that can turn Earth inside out. Researchers have discovered many civilizations that are buried in Earth and sea. Volcanic dust is known to cool Earth's atmosphere suddenly causing a ice-age. Before my spiritual initiation, I was tempted to compare huge energy fluctuation on Earth to the breath of life that breaths its last. Today I have positive outlook. I compare it to a pregnant woman trying to deliver New Life.

Water stress in Emerging world

From the above we can figure how the water stress manifests. 1] The runway water increases and water table shrinks. The top soil erodes making Earth barren.

2] Increased evaporation and runaway water invariably means time and quantity of fresh water available for life shrinks.

Hour Glass- a Simple solution to counter water stress

Nature and life has its own simple solution to counter water stress. What I write here also came from observations I made in virgin forest and my farming experience and experimentations free from "Plato's Chair". All life has mechanism to conserve water. It tries to control the evaporation through dilation and constriction process depending on climate. My experience with organic and inorganic farming has shown that organic manures are much more superior to inorganic. One of the reason is its ability for water retention and thus the extension of time-period available for growth. Contemplating on time and water, it suddenly struck to me that plants probably is controlling time through the same old "Hour Glass Design and Concept" by which ancient people measured time. I tested this thought by cutting a plastic bottle and inverting the neck on top of the bottle and filling it with sand. I then placed it in the root zone of plants. As expected it increased the time period of water availability in the root zone. It reduced water being lost through evaporation.

This simple but raw idea can be refined in many ways and can be extended and expanded in many ways to counter the water stress that our cities and our agricultural system faces. We can convert our desert into green, replenish our water table, counter flood and so on. We can fill an Hour Glass with "Micro Hour Glasses" with one or two open ends to increase its efficiency. We can drill funnels into soil to feed the water table and arrest floods. All this could save immense energy. Much the same way solar panels are revolutionizing the world, this concept of tapping water can long way go to handle water stress. I resisted speaking this idea initially, for I perceived a situation where humanity will fill Earth with plastics. Eventually I did write about it, but intellectuals have failed to take note of it. The present situation of the world calls for expanding this idea in a big way. But one must make sure the vessel used should be nature compatible. Ideally it should be made from Earth itself or material that are compatible.

In conclusion
Nature and life gives many simple solutions to complex problems of the world. All we need is it get out of "Plato's Chair" and seek solution from Mother Nature and Her Master. Neither Mother Earth or Father the Spirit governing her, are against Life. They are not programmed to create misery to us.
