2. Accepted students who decide to eventually enroll to the College of Law are required to submit two additional requirements, namely:
o

Original copy of the NSO Birth Certificate Transfer Credential (formerly referred to as "Honorable Dismissal"), defined as "a document certifying that a student has no pending accountabilities with the school and is eligible for transfer to another educational institution". The Transfer Credential may be obtained from the Registrar's Office of the school you last attended. We highly suggest that you file for the release of your Transfer Credential the soonest possible time. In some schools, it takes at least two weeks to process the request. DLSU alumni only need to fill out a blue form at the Academic Services Hub requesting for a transfer of credentials from undergraduate to graduate status. Deadline for submission of Transfer Credential is on May 25, 2013 at 3:00pm.

2. Download and accomplish a Non-Fraternity Contract (NFC) and turn it over to the OAS on Enrollment Day. Make sure that the NFC is notarized. 3. Lacking documents (e.g., original copies of your Transcript of Records and/or NSO Birth Certificate, Letters of Recommendation, among others) should be turned over on or before the scheduled Confirmation Days. Please double check your Admissions Tracking Form (ATF) for more information. The ATF was handed over to you when you submitted your application requirements at the Academic Services Hub.

5. All applicants who will enrol to the program will be required to attend a one-week seminar on study techniques designed for Law Students a week before the start of classes. For details, please look for Jek, the College of Law's academic assistant at 5244611 local 285.
