Project: Directorate of GIP (KSA) Designation: Site Electrical Engineer

Electrical installation of Residential and Commercial Building. Assisting in getting the approvals for the materials to be used and shop drawing approval. Making the MIR (Material Inspection Report) to consultant on site. Installation of PVC, EMT and RGS conduits, Junction boxes, Cable Tray, Cable Ladder, Cable Trunk wiring, and heavy cables for electrical system. Installation of MCBs, MCCB, RCD, MDB and DBs. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Panel Board. Megger Test (I/R test) of LV cables. Installation of earthing system and lightning protection system. Installation of Telecommunication and Low current (Speaker, Volume control) system. Installation of Fire Alarm and Detection system like smoke detector, heat detector, fire alarm bell. Supervise the performance of labor and equipment and report productivity to Construction Manager. Raise the RFI (Request for Inspection) for approval of installed work. Assisting in preparation of the variation due to any changes by Consultant. Attending the meeting with the consultant to discuss site progress / outstanding issues. Coordinating with civil and other MEP Services. Execution works and conduction of review meeting with the execution team to complete the project as per scheduled time. Worked here from 5-Aug 2008 to 30-April 2009.

2. Ericsson AB (KSA): Project: Mobily KSA Designation: Electromechanical Engineer

Monitoring of all External Alarms. Monitor alarm event panels (Ericsson (WinFiol, OSSALV, OSS command handling), Motorola (OMC-R), Alcatel (OMCR/Citrix), Huawei (IManger M2000, Mobile Element Management System)) and performance information on the 24x7 basis. Monitor, analyze, escalate and Follow Up all faults reported by these systems. Alarm dispatching them to the relevant subcontractor that is the iterative Escalation process. Perform initial analysis to identify issues follow by restoration if possible (1st line of Support). Respond to Network Customer Support Team within agreed SLA time frame. Create and update/manage trouble tickets for any detected problem. Ensure all docket information is capture in activity log. Managing technical escalation to ensure faults is rectified within agreed SLAs. Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages. Assist the FO shift leader in producing activity report for KPI calculation. Escalation of SMS for hub site, also sending the update and clearance for hub site. Coordinating with field Engineer to clear the alarms. Updating the daily report. Accomplishment of Daily Reports as requested by the Management of Motorola, Ericsson, Alcatel and Huawei. Communicating with Operator person regarding any problem. Escalation and Follow up Telecom related issues to other Venders.

Escalating customer related issues to the Customer. Basic information about BSC and BTS alarms. Worked here from 10-Jan 2008 to 30-June 2008.

3. Habib Rafique (Pakistan): Project: Bahria Town Housing Scheme Designation: Trainee Engineer

Electrical installation of Residential and Commercial Building. Managing & executing the work at site as per the approved drawings & as per the Electrical standards.
