01 GENERAL

SCOPE A. The Contractor shall furnish and install the paralleling switchgear as specified herein and shown on the drawings. B. The Paralleling Switchgear specified in this section shall be dead front type and includes overcurrent and protective devices.

Control voltage and current requirements 1.5 FINAL SUBMITTALS A. The following information shall be submitted for record purposes: 1. Final as-built drawings including information listed in Paragraph 1.04 2. Internal point-to-point wiring diagrams 3. Standard factory final test reports 4. The final (as-built) drawings shall include the same drawings as the original construction drawings and shall incorporate all changes made during the manufacturing process. 1.6 QUALIFICATIONS A. For the equipment specified herein, the manufacturer shall be ISO 9001 or 9002 certified. B. The manufacturer of this equipment shall have manufactured similar systems for a minimum of ten (10) years. When requested by the Engineer or designated design review group, an acceptable list of installations with similar equipment shall be provided demonstrating compliance with this requirement. 1.7 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING A. Equipment shall be handled and stored in accordance with manufacturers instructions. One (1) copy of these instructions shall be included with the equipment at time of shipment. B. The switchgear line-up shall be split into shipping sections, if required for handling as determined during the submittal process. Shipping sections shall be easily bolted together and necessary wiring harnesses easily terminated. Accessories shall be packaged separately. 1.8 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS A. Equipment manuals shall be provided for the complete assembly and shall include operation and maintenance instruction leaflets and bulletins for each major component. PART 2 2.1 PRODUCTS

RATINGS A. The switchgear assembly shall be rated to withstand available short-circuit fault currents of _________ symmetrical amperes at rated voltage. B. Voltage rating to be as specified on the drawings. C. Current rating to as specified on the drawings.

CONSTRUCTION A. The switchgear shall consist of the required number of vertical sections bolted together to form a rigid line-up. Removable bolt-on side and rear covers shall be provided. All edges of front covers or hinged front panels shall be formed. B. All sections of the switchgear shall be aligned in both front and rear with depth as shown on drawings. C. The assembly shall be provided with adequate lifting means. D. The Switchgear shall be labeled in accordance with UL 891 requirements.

Bus A. All bus bars shall be silver-plated copper. Main horizontal bus bars shall be mounted with all three phases arranged in the same horizontal plane. Bus sizing shall be based on NEMA standard temperature rise criteria of 65 degrees C over a 40 degrees C ambient as measured outside the enclosure. B. Bus risers shall be rated for the breaker frame size. C. Provide a full capacity neutral bus where a neutral bus is indicated on the drawings. D. A 1/4 x 2 inch copper ground bus shall be furnished and firmly secured to each section and extended the entire length of the switchgear. E. All hardware used on main bus and risers shall be zinc-plated high-tensile strength bolts with bellville spring-type washers and tightened to proper torque values.

WIRING/TERMINATIONS A. All wiring, fuse blocks, and terminal blocks within the Emergency Generator Paralleling Controls panel line-up shall be furnished as required. Control components mounted within the assembly shall be suitably marked for identification corresponding to the appropriate designations on manufacturers wiring diagrams and schematics. B. All control wire shall be type SIS. AC wiring from potential transformer secondary circuits shall be #14 AWG, current transformer circuits shall be minimum #12 AWG, 10 amp relay contacts shall be #14 AWG, and 6 amp relay contacts shall be #16 AWG. PLC I/O wiring shall be #18 AWG. Communications wiring shall be per the device manufacturers recommendation. Internal sub-pan wiring shall be in wiring troughs with removable snap on covers. Door wiring to door mounted devices shall be neatly bundled using approved nylon wire ties.

LOW VOLTAGE ENHANCED UTILITY / GENERATOR PARALLELING SWITCHGEAR - UL 891 C. All current transformer secondary terminations shall be shorting type terminal blocks before connecting to any other device. Shorting screws with provisions for storage shall be provided.

D. All control wires leaving the switchgear shall be provided with terminal blocks with suitable numbering strips and provisions for #10 AWG field connections. Each control wire shall be marked at each end of all control wiring. Wire numbering shall coincide with the schematic and point-to-point drawings. E. Where individual conductors cross switchgear shipping splits they shall be fitted with terminal boards and harnesses for reliable field assembly. 2.6 INSULATED CASE STORED ENERGY CIRCUIT BREAKERS A. Circuit breakers shall be draw-out UL1066 low voltage insulated case type. Frame ratings shall be as shown on the drawings. All breakers shall be rated for 100% of their current rating continuously. B. Source circuit breakers shall be electrically operated and equipped with auxiliary contacts, bell alarm contacts, and microprocessor based trip units. C. Distribution or feeder circuit breakers shall be electrically or manually operated as shown on the drawings and equipped with auxiliary contacts, bell alarm contacts, and microprocessor based trip units. D. Electrically operated breakers shall be complete with 24 Vdc shunt trips, and 120 Vac motor operators and closing solenoids. The charging time shall not exceed 6 seconds. The closing time shall not exceed 5 cycles. E. All circuit breakers shall have a minimum _____ kAIC symmetrical interrupting capacity of amperes. F. All insulated case circuit breakers shall be provided with trip units as specified in section 2.07. G. To facilitate lifting, the insulated case circuit breaker shall have integral handles on the side of the breaker. H. The breaker shall have visual indicators to indicate open or closed positions and spring charged and discharged status. Pushbuttons on the breaker face shall be provided for manually opening and closing the breaker. I. A rating plug will offer indication of the rating on the front of the trip unit. J. A position indicator shall be located on the faceplate of the breaker indicating the breaker position in the cell. The levering door shall be interlocked so that when the breaker is in the closed position, the breaker levering-in door shall not open. K. The breaker cell shall be equipped with draw-out rails and primary and secondary disconnecting contacts. The stationary part of the primary disconnecting devices for each insulated case circuit breaker shall consist of a set of contacts extending to the rear through a glass polyester insulating support barrier; corresponding moving finger contacts suitably spaced shall be furnished on the insulated case circuit breaker studs which engage in only the connected position. The assembly shall provide multiple silver-to-silver full floating high-pressure point contacts with uniform pressure on each finger maintained by springs. 26 24 13.33-4 11/25/07

The secondary disconnecting devices shall consist of plug-in connectors mounted on the removable unit and engaging floating plug-in connectors at the front of the compartment. The secondary disconnecting devices shall be gold-plated and pin and socket contact engagement shall be maintained in the connected and test positions.

2. The removable insulated case circuit breaker element shall be equipped with disconnecting contacts, wheels and interlocks for draw-out application. It shall have four (4) positions: CONNECTED, TEST, DISCONNECTED, and REMOVED all of which permit closing the compartment door. The breaker draw-out element shall contain a worm gear levering in and out mechanism with removable lever crank. Mechanical interlocking shall be provided so that the breaker is in the tripped position before allowing access to the levering mechanism for levering in or out of the cell. Interlock systems that trip the breaker when accessing the levering mechanism will NOT be acceptable. The breaker shall include an optional provision for key locking open to prevent manual or electric closing. Padlocking shall provide for securing the breaker in the connected, test, or disconnected position by preventing levering. 2.7 MICROPROCESSOR TRIP UNITS - INSULATED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKERS A. Each insulated case circuit breaker shall be equipped with a trip unit consisting of three current sensors, microprocessor-based trip device. The trip unit shall be microprocessorbased to provide the adjustable time-current protection functions. Interchangeable current sensors with their associated rating plug shall determine the continuous trip rating of each circuit breaker. B. The trip unit shall indicate reason for tripping following an automatic trip operation. A reset button shall be provided to reset the indication and automatic trip operation. C. The trip unit shall be provided with a display panel. The unit shall be continuously selfchecking and provide a visual indication that the internal circuitry is being monitored and is operational. D. Trip unit shall have selectable thermal memory for enhanced circuit protection. E. Complete system selective coordination shall be provided by the addition of the following individually adjustable time/current curve shaping solid-state elements: 1. All circuit breakers shall have adjustments for long delay pickup and time. 2. Main circuit breakers shall have individual adjustments for short delay pickup and time, and include I2t settings. 3. Main circuit breakers shall have an adjustable instantaneous pickup. 4. [All circuit breakers] [Circuit breakers, where indicated on the drawings,] shall have individually adjustable ground fault current pickup and time, and include I2t settings or ground alarm only. F. The trip unit shall have provisions for a single test kit to test each of the trip functions. G. The trip unit shall have an information system that utilizes battery backup LEDs to indicate mode of trip following an automatic trip operation. The indication of the mode of trip shall be retained after an automatic trip operation. The indication of the mode of trip shall be retained after an automatic trip. A test pushbutton shall energize a LED to indicate the battery status.

System coordination shall be provided by the following microprocessor-based programmable time-current curve shaping adjustments. The short-time pickup adjustment shall be dependant on the long delay setting. 1. Programmable long-time setting 2. Programmable long-time delay with selectable I2T or I4T curve shaping 3. Programmable short-time setting 4. Programmable short-time delay with selectable flat or I2T curve shaping, and zone selective interlocking 5. Programmable instantaneous setting 6. Programmable ground fault setting trip or ground fault setting alarm 7. Programmable ground fault delay with selectable flat or I2T curve shaping and zone selective interlocking. 2.8 MOLDED-CASE CIRCUIT BREAKERS (IF REQUIRED) A. Molded case circuit breakers with inverse time and instantaneous tripping characteristics shall be fixed-mounted. B. Circuit breakers shall be operated by a toggle-type handle and shall have a quick-make, quick-break over-center switching mechanism that is mechanically trip-free. Automatic tripping of the breaker shall be clearly indicated by the handle position. Contacts shall be non-welding silver alloy and arc extinction shall be accomplished by means of DE-ION arc chutes. A push-to-trip button on the front of the circuit breaker shall provide a local manual means to exercise the trip mechanism. C. Circuit breakers shall have a minimum symmetrical interrupting capacity of ______ kA symmetrical at rated voltage as shown on the drawings. D. Circuit breakers ______ ampere frame and below shall be thermal-magnetic type trip units and inverse time-current characteristics. E. Circuit breakers _____ ampere through ______ ampere frame shall be microprocessorbased RMS sensing type trip units. F. Ground fault protection shall be provided where indicated. G. Where indicated circuit breakers shall be UL listed for series application. H. Where indicated circuit breakers shall be current limiting. I. 2.9 Where indicated provide UL listed circuit breakers for applications at 100% of their continuous ampere rating in their intended enclosure.

MICROPROCESSOR TRIP UNITS MOLDED-CASE DISTRIBUTION CIRCUIT BREAKERS A. Each molded case circuit breaker microprocessor-based tripping system shall consist of three (3) current sensors, a trip unit and a flux-transfer shunt trip. The trip unit shall use microprocessor-based technology to provide the adjustable time-current protection functions. True RMS sensing circuit protection shall be achieved by analyzing the secondary current signals received from the circuit breaker current sensors, and initiating 26 24 13.33-6 11/25/07

An adjustable trip setting dial mounted on the front of the trip unit, or interchangeable ratings plugs shall establish the continuous trip ratings of each circuit breaker. Rating plugs shall be fixed or adjustable as indicated. Rating plugs shall be interlocked so they are not interchangeable between frames, and interlocked such that a breaker cannot be closed and latched with the rating plug removed. C. System coordination shall be provided by the following microprocessor-based time-current curve shaping adjustments: 1. Adjustable long-time setting (set by adjusting the trip setting dial or rating plug) 2. Adjustable short-time setting and delay with selective curve shaping 3. Adjustable instantaneous setting 4. Adjustable ground fault setting and delay. D. Where internal ground fault protection is specified, adjustable settings shall not exceed 1200 amperes. Provide neutral ground fault sensor for four-wire loads. E. Breakers shall have built-in test points for testing the long-time delay, instantaneous, and ground fault functions of the breaker by means of a test set. [Provide one test set capable of testing all breakers 250-ampere frame and above]. 2.10 PROTECTIVE RELAYS A. The switchgear manufacturer shall furnish and install, in the LV switchgear, the quantity, type and function of protection relays as indicated on the drawings and described hereafter in this specification. B. Utility Relay: [Schweitzer SEL-351] [Basler BE1-951] [Multilin SR-750] [Beckwith 3520] or other relay type and manufacture as specified by the utility company. C. [If required] Generator Relay: [Schweitzer SEL-300G] Basler GPS100] [Multilin SR-489] [Beckwith 3410] 2.11 ACCESSORIES A. Include shunt trips, bell alarms, and auxiliary switches, cell switches as required and shown on the drawings. B. Provide either a top mounted rail type lifting device or a portable truck type manual lifting device as required. 2.12 MISCELLANEOUS DEVICES A. Control power transformers with adequate capacity and primary and secondary protection shall be provided as indicated on the drawings. B. When required, each section of the switchgear shall include a thermostatically controlled space heater with adequate wattage to keep condensation at a minimum. Power for the space heaters shall be from an external 120 or 240 volts AC source. 2.13 ENCLOSURES 26 24 13.33-7 11/25/07

LOW VOLTAGE ENHANCED UTILITY / GENERATOR PARALLELING SWITCHGEAR - UL 891 A. NEMA 1 enclosure B. Outdoor Walk-in Enclosure 1. Switchgear shall be enclosed in an outdoor walk-in NEMA 3R enclosure conforming to all applicable requirements of UL and designed to withstand wind velocities of [110] [125] mph. The enclosure shall have a roof sloping toward the rear. Outer sections shall be the same widths as indoor structures except the end sections of a walk-in enclosure shall be wider than the inner sections to permit opening the inner door. Each end of the outdoor structure shall have an end trim. Front aisle depth for walk-in structures shall be 42 inches, minimum. 2. The enclosure shall be provided with rear hinged padlockable doors with wind stops for each section. Aisle doors shall be supplied with provisions for padlocking. A steel floor shall be provided in walk-in aisle space. [Steel floor plates shall be provided in the rear cable compartment.] An anti-skid floor strip shall be provided in the aisle. Ventilating openings shall be provided complete with replaceable fiberglass air filters which are removable from the exterior of the enclosure. Provide necessary space heaters thermostatically controlled for breaker, bus and cable compartments of adequate wattage to prevent the accumulation of moisture within the compartments. 3. Provide panic door hardware on aisle doors at each end of the line-up. External padlocking of the aisle doors shall not prevent operation of the panic hardware from the interior of the enclosure. The construction of the enclosure shall be modular so future sections can be added without affecting NEMA 3R integrity. Provide interior aisle fluorescent lights, 3-way switches and GFI protected receptacles. 4. The enclosure shall be provided with undercoating applied to all members in contact with the foundation surface to retard corrosion. 5. Power for the space heaters, lights and receptacles shall be obtained from a [control power transformer within the switchgear] [source as indicated on the drawings]. Supply voltage shall be 120 volts AC. 6. An overhead circuit breaker lifter shall be provided in the aisle of the enclosure. 7. Each shipping section shall be shipped completely assembled. OR C. Outdoor Non-Walk-in Enclosure 1. Switchgear shall be enclosed in an outdoor non-walk-in NEMA 3R enclosure conforming to all applicable requirements of UL. The enclosure shall have a roof sloping toward the rear. Outer sections shall be the same widths as indoor structures except the end sections of a non-walk-in enclosure shall be wider than the inner sections to permit opening the inner door. Each end of the outdoor structure shall have an end trim. 2. The enclosure shall be provided with front and rear hinged pad lockable doors with wind stops for each section. Aisle doors shall be supplied with provisions for padlocking. [Steel floor shall be provided in the rear cable compartment.] Ventilating openings shall be provided complete with air filters which are removable from the exterior of the enclosure. Provide necessary thermostatically controlled space heaters for breakers, bus, and cable compartments of adequate wattage to prevent excessive condensation within the compartments.

Provide interior fluorescent lights, switches and GFI protected receptacles. 4. The enclosure shall be provided with undercoating applied to all members in contact with the foundation surface to retard corrosion. 5. Power for the space heaters, lights and receptacles shall be obtained from a [control power transformer within the switchgear] [source as indicated on the drawings]. Supply voltage shall be 120 volts AC. 6. A portable overhead circuit breaker lifter shall be provided to assist in removal of the circuit breakers from the enclosure. 2.14 NAMEPLATES A. Engraved nameplates, mounted on the front of the assembly, shall be furnished for all selector switches, potentiometers, and other control devices as shown on the drawings. Nameplates shall be laminated plastic, black characters on white background. Characters shall be 1/8-inch high. B. Furnish a nameplate identifying each section of the switchgear such as Generator 1, Feeder 1, Master, etc. C. Provide appropriate danger high voltage warning labels as required. D. All control components mounted within the switchgear, such as fuse blocks, relays, pushbuttons, switches, etc., shall be suitably marked for identification corresponding to appropriate designations on manufacturers wiring diagrams. 2.15 FINISH A. All exterior and interior steel surfaces of the Switchgear shall be properly cleaned and provided with a rust-inhibiting phosphatized coating. Color and finish of the Switchgear shall be ANSI 61 light gray. 2.16 PARALLELING SWITCHGEAR DESIGN, AS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS A. The switchgear auxiliary section for control and instrumentation shall include the following: 1. [Two Open Delta] [Three WYE/WYE] voltage transformers 2. Three Current transformers 3. One Microprocessor-based metering system, as required and shown on the drawings 2.17 UTILITY/GENERATOR PARALLELING CONTROLS DESIGN A. B. The Utility/Generator paralleling controls shall include a master section for system control functions including control of distribution feeder breakers, Automatic Transfer Switches, other ancillary devices as required and shown on the drawings. C. DESIGN CRITERIA 1. The control system switchgear shall be designed to operate as a standby and parallel with utility power source. Upon the failure of the of the utility power source, the generators provide power to the site, isolated from the utility power source. The generator controls shall also provide for paralleling the generators to the utility and operate in an [import mode (peakshaving)] [base load mode] [zero power transfer mode]. The control system switchgear shall be designed to automatically program the operation of the station engine generator sets. Automatic programming shall be interpreted to mean automatic starting, automatic paralleling and automatic load 26 24 13.33-10 11/25/07

LOW VOLTAGE ENHANCED UTILITY / GENERATOR PARALLELING SWITCHGEAR - UL 891 sharing of the engine generator sets. Initiation of automatic operation shall be from the master control section. Upon receipt of this signal, the control system will send a start signal to each of the generator sets which will, via the generator mounted generator control panel, start each of the generator sets. Closing of individual generator circuit breakers shall occur when conditions for paralleling are within acceptable tolerances and controlled by synchronizing circuits providing automatic correction signals to the engine governor system and generator voltage regulator. Control circuitry within the system shall allow only one generator to close to a dead bus.

2. When the generators are operating in parallel isolated (not paralleled with utility), automatic isochronous kW and kVAR sharing features shall be initiated. 3. When the generators are operating in parallel with the utility source, automatic kW and PF control of the generator output is initiated. 4. The control system shall provide active synchronizing of the generators when return to utility mode is active. Open or closed transition shall be selectable 5. The system control shall include an integral generator counting circuit the purpose of which shall be to determine the minimum number of generators required to be closed to the bus before allowing the feeder breaker(s) to be closed, or allowing automatic transfer switches to transfer to the Utility source. This circuitry will allow for controlled loading based on load segmentation and will prevent the possibility of overloading of the on-line generators. The circuitry shall be for the number of generators on-line prior to any individual contact closure of this circuitry and shall be programmable via the touch screen .. 6. The auto-paralleling controls shall be capable of monitoring the load requirements, and automatically removing a genset or sets from service as load decreases, and automatically program a genset or sets back into service as load increases. When a genset is removed from service the affected generator will be soft unloaded over an adjustable time period to near zero output with its breaker being then tripped open and then operate for the programmed shutdown sequence as controlled by the generator mounted engine generator control panel. Generator sets programmed back into service, control logic shall soft load the genset and load share when genset returned to service. The load sense/load demand operational settings, for genset removal and/or re-add, shall be field adjustable to coordinate with actual site load conditions and provided with adjustable timer settings to avoid unnecessary operation on momentary load surges. Control logic to allow station personnel to manually place a genset or sets into service independent of load sense / load demand automatic functions. This load demand feature can be over-ridden at the discretion of the operator. 7. When operating in an isolated mode (not paralleled with utility), the control system shall monitor an overload condition, as detected by a drop in bus frequency for time period and provide output contact signals wired to terminal board points for customer connection to devices in the site distribution system to remove pre-selected loads to be shed from the load. A minimum of three (3) sequenced load shed stages shall be available. Detection of an overload condition shall also program any non-running genset or sets into service. 8. Should an on-line genset develop a monitored fault (warning or shutdown), the control system shall program a non-running genset into operation (if available) with automatic removal of the faulted genset. Genset control selector functions for automatic, manual, stop-cooldown modes of operation and off-reset for shutdown faults plus interface logic with engine auto start / stop cranking controls: a. Automatic --- upon receipt of an input contact signal (locally or remote), genset to be signaled to start and to attain operating voltage / frequency with generator breaker auto-closing under direction of automatic synchronizing logic. b. Stop / Cooldown --- generator breaker to trip open and genset to continue to run unloaded for a preset cooldown time period prior to actual shutdown. d. Off / Reset --- if genset shuts down due to activation of a protective device, a shutdown malfunction circuit to be latched and requires manual reset before genset can be re-started. A running genset to shutdown with tripping of the generator breaker when off-reset activated. 5. With genset manufacturer furnished engine mounted generator control panel with automatic starting controls , local starting and stopping, at the engine, shall be possible plus remote start / stop signal acceptance with a local selector switch in the auto / remote position. 6. The generator set shall be provided with the ability to provide contact outputs of monitored shutdowns and alarms. The minimum requirements will be for common alarm and common shutdown for use with the switchgear control system. 7. Basic protective relay functions, microprocessor based for each site genset, to include following as minimum: a. Under / over voltage, 3 phase, 27 / 59 functions b. Over / under frequency, 81 O/Urting functions c. Current unbalance, 3 phase, 46 function. d. Reverse power, 32 function e. Annunciation display of load shed activation (initiated by a drop in bus frequency) and a minimum of five (5) additional remote discrete inputs programmable for alarms or selected breaker tripping. 8. Best battery selection circuit to select best source of site engine 24VDC batteries for system devices. 9. DC to DC power supply, to provide 24 VDC to selected system components with corrective range of 10 to 40 VDC for engine battery source voltage fluctuations. 10. Any subsequent monitored alarm or shutdown fault shall re-sound the alarm horn and cause an associated annunciation display read-out to flash. The silence pushbutton in the system shall also silence the horn. 13. Auxiliary devices (if not part of paralleling switchgear) as required and or shown on drawings. 14. Bus potential transformers, fused, stationary mounted, as required. 15. Feeder auxiliary control relays as required. PART 3 3.1 EXECUTION

FACTORY TESTING B. The paralleling switchgear shall be completely assembled, wired, and adjusted at the factory. After assembly, the complete switchgear shall be tested to ensure the accuracy of the wiring and the functioning of all components with the manufactures standard testing procedure prior to shipment. C. The switchgear line-up may be tested with the generator sets at the factory. A. A final factory test report of all standard production tests shall be supplied for the switchgear assembly. B. Factory tests as outlined above may be witnessed by the owners representative. 1. The manufacturer shall notify the owner two (2) weeks prior to the date the tests are to be performed.

FIELD COMMISSIONING AND STARTUP A. Provide the services of a qualified factory-trained manufacturers representative for start-up of the equipment specified under this section for a period of ____ working days. The manufacturers representative shall provide technical direction and assistance to the contractor in general assembly of the equipment, connections and adjustments, and testing of the assembly and components contained therein.

B. The manufacturers representative shall provide inspection of the final installation. The manufacturers representative shall perform site start-up and functional checkout of the Emergency Generator Paralleling Control assembly. C. FIELD ADJUSTMENTS D. If applicable, the protective relays and circuit breaker trip units shall be set in the field by a qualified and certified testing company, retained by the Contractor. The relays shall be set per the contractors coordination study. E. Functional Testing shall include testing of the following as a minimum: 1. Pre-startup inspection of the generator, dc system, control wiring, and Paralleling Switchgear assembly. 2. Crank and run engine/generators at the local engine control panel. 3. Crank and run engine/generators control at the switchgear. 4. Verify engine/generator alarms and shutdowns. 5. Verify and test all system functions and alarms. 6. Test all modes of operation. 7. Upon completion of the manufacturer's start-up and checkout, as required, the manufacturer shall demonstrate to the customer all the automated sequences of operation as specified herein. 8. The Contractor shall provide three (3) copies of the manufacturers field start-up report. 2.23 TRAINING A. The Contractor shall provide a training session for up to ____ (#) owners representatives for ______ normal workdays at a jobsite location determined by the owner. B. Upon successful completion of a demonstration of the automated sequences of operation by the manufacturer and acceptance by the customer, the manufacturer shall provide an eight-hour training course for the customer's operating personnel which shall cover the following topics: 1.
