Negotiating with suppliers for the procurement of project material & equipment at reasonable rates. Assessing supplier performance at regular intervals on pre-determined parameters. Contract Management & Material Procurement. Regular visit to ABB, Siemens, CG & BHEL, Va Tech Hydro etc for inspection AND dispatch of materials of the company. Quality Assurance/ MIS Monitoring processes in line with various quality, environment and safety implemented in the plants to enhance process efficiency and overall product quality.
