This License Agreement constitutes a legal Agreement between you and FreeFal con. The 3D models and artwork contained in this package are copyrighted. By installing this package, you agree to be bound by following terms and con ditions of theFreeFalcon End User License Agreement (EULA) This Agreement is between the organization "FreeFalcon" and the person insta lling the FreeFalcon Files. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and C onditions of this Agreement. *Terms and Conditions of Use* You agree to install and use the FreeFalcon Files under the following Terms and Conditions: That FreeFalcon grants you a non-exclusive, nontransferable lice nse to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute the files accord ing to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. You may, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, use the Free Falcon files for your own personal use. The FreeFalcon Logo may not be used without the express written consent of F reeFalcon. You may not extract the individual files from this package, alter and or red istribute them without the express consent of the individual author, creator, or developer. You may not modify any existing files contained in this package. You are prohibited from extracting, adding or altering any 3D Models or thei r data base. You are prohibited from using the FreeFalcon Terrain Textures in an other ve rsion of Falcon or Theater. You may not mirror or host or distribute this FreeFalcon package without the written permission of FreeFalcon. You may not authorize any third party to use the FreeFalcon files for any pu rpose inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. You understand and acknowledge that: (a) neither FreeFalcon, nor anyone acting on behalf of FreeFalcon has made a ny representation or warranty that Your use of the FreeFalcon files will not inf ringe or violate the trademark rights of any third party, or constitute a false designation of origin or any other form of unfair competition, and (b) you understand that you, or others representing you, may not profit from the use or distribution of the FreeFalcon files in any private or commercial ve nture, and (c) you understand that you may not use the FreeFalcon files in any product destined for sale in the USA or any other country.

You understand that the FreeFalcon files are copyrighted and may be owned by a third party, and any unauthorized use by you may be an infringement of such c opyright. You also understand that the USA prohibits export of materials to certain co untries. You understand and agree that the members of FreeFalcon may, in their sole d iscretion: (a) monitor the public dissemination of the FreeFalcon files for any violati on of this agreement; and (b) direct you to cease any activities that violate the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
