Party Conference Programme Autumn 2013

The CSPP has a tradition of holding successful, interesting and well-attended fringe events during the national party conference seasons in Scotland. ABOUT THE CSPP CSPP provides a forum for imaginative and innovative policy debate on the key issues facing Scotland. The Centre provides an independent arena for organisations and individuals to develop ideas which can be drawn upon by Government and other policy-makers. It aims to ensure that the policy debate reflects the distinctive concerns of Scottish society whilst drawing upon the best of new thinking and new ideas from other countries. The Centre is independent of political parties and open to relevant policy debate whatever its source. Its activities are founded on a vision of a society where a modern, vibrant, and sustainable economy is accompanied by fairness and social inclusion. CSPP EVENTS CSPP has run a series of very successful invitation only dinners during the party conference season and outwith conference with keynote speakers including Alex Neil, Derek Mackay, Sarah Boyack and Willie Rennie.
