In addition to this we also made a recommendation to the respondents itself, as the part of their work they should provide enough time to communicate to their patients and know them deeply and through this they can also empathize with their patients that can make them feel valuable in times of their bereavement as well as in involvement in social interaction. 2. In concerned towards providing emotional support to a person living with the dying patient we found out the three lowest priorities of the respondents in giving support were as follow, I allow the family to reminisce about my patients life and I dont allow to withhold difficult information (most patients prepared to include in discussion about issues that concern them) and I allow my patient to honor advance directives (living wills). As a result of this data

gathered first we recommend the government who handled this institution to increase the funds to sustain for the hiring of new nurses for the benefits of the patients and as well the nurses. This recommendation can help them to focus on rendering the needs of their patients especially in giving emotional support.
