Matt used Text Talk word (melodramatic) at home and acted it out---thanks for teaching Kyles behavior several tickets pulled in each of first 3 weeks of school. Henry was crying about being pulled out for math missing out. Johns attention problem
Both parents will talk to Kyle and make consequences at home; behavior plan needed? Monitor and keep in contact with parents. Hell come back at the end of math to join us for a few minutes of math games.

E-mail from him Kyle taking too long getting ready, during transitions, etc. Suggested incentive plan at school. Matts coming out of shell; participating more. Fluency and comp have improved; possibly discontinue literacy How should she help Katie solve math challenge homework (mixed-up multiplication)? She wondered when wed begin paperwork for 504 plan Incentive plan a huge successwent from 20% readiness to 95% over 3 days. Told her about Colins poor behavior this week; changes at home? Colin had very rough day without meds Both parents thrilled with idea. Mom will start a similar plan at school. Ill introduce it to Kyle on Monday. Theyre happy to hear about his comfort level in classroom. Pleased to hear about reading improvement; well discuss need for literacy assistance at conferences next month. E-mailed her back that we had learned some basic mult. facts; guess and check is a good strategy for these problems. Told her Id contact her after our problem-solving team met. Next step: meet with resource team; date to follow Parents both very happy; will tell Kyle theyre proud of him. Keep them posted. Mom was surprised; not seeing change at home; meds need tweaking? Shell send him without meds tomorrow, set up dr.s appt. Mom will put him back on meds next week, already set up dr.s appt. Will keep me posted.
