Bio-data Entry and Preference Entry for PS-II Allotment Second Semester 2012-2013 Dear Students, The web-enabled Online Bio-data Entry and Preference Entry for PS-II Allotment during second semester 2012-2013 can be accessed through Practice School Division web site. http://www.bits-pilani.ac.in:12355/students_ps2.asp The link for submission of Online Preference Entry and Bio-data Entry Form for PS-II Allotment will be available from 11:00 P.M. on 20-11-2012 (Tuesday) to 5.00 P.M. on 24-11-2012 (Saturday)

Important Instructions:
Submission of Online Bio-data Entry and Preference Entry for PS-II Allotment is mandatory for all eligible PS-II students. To Log-in, enter your ID Number and Security code provided to you. Security code is provided only through e-mail to your official BITS account. Security code is case-sensitive and it is in the format of an alphabet followed by a number or vice versa. After first Log-in, you are advised to change your password through change password link. You have to fill three different online forms : (i) Bio-data Entry Form (ii) Preference Entry Form (iii) Accommodation Entry Form . You can change any of the details that you have submitted by again Log-in into above web link before the deadline. All PS-II eligible students must collect and submit personally the hard copy of the Preference Form available in their respective Practice School Division. The deadline for submission of the hard copy of the Preference Form and Accommodation Form is up to 1 P.M. on 26-11-2012 (Monday). The entry of preferences in the hard-copy of the Preference Form must be same as those in the Online Preference Form Entry. For convenience in filling Online Preference Entry Form, it is advised that first fill the hard-copy of the Preference Form and then proceed to fill the Online Preference Entry Form. Please avoid overwriting of entry of preferences in the hard copy of the Preference form. Kindly ensure that you enter all the details correctly and carefully in the Online Preference Entry Form as well as the hard-copy of the Preference Form before the deadline.
