ORDER
Upon hearing counsel for both sides, we grant the adjournment for seven days i.e up to Wednesday, 18th September 2013 at 9.30 a.m. We order by majority of six to one, the orders of the Constitutional Court contained in the Ruling of that Court dated 6th September 2013 be stayed in the interim until we dispose of this application. Applications No. 3, No. 5 and No. 7 stand withdrawn by consent of counsel for the parties.
