This award is for a community festival which has harnessed the voluntary spirit of a County Monaghan community to stage a memorable, inclusive and enjoyable community festival. This festival must have taken place from October 2012 to and including August 2013. The winning festival will be able to demonstrate an economic and social impact on the local area/heritage.
