2. That Dr. Pakiza is six years junior to me in BS-17, BS-18 & BS-19.
3. That I obtained my post graduate qualification of D.D.P.H from
England in 1977 where as Dr. Pakiza Did her M.Phil in 1990.
4. That both of these qualifications are not major post graduate
qualifications as decided by the P.M.D.C I its meeting held on 03-
07-2008 (copy attached) and therefore both of us are not eligibile
for promotion to post of Dental Surgeon BS-20.
5. That our case was presented before the C.S.B in its meeting held
on 05-09-2008 for promotion to the post of Dental Surgeon BS-20
but the C.S.B deferred our case with the comments that both the
officers do not possess the requisite qualification of major post
graduate diploma as specified in the recruitment rules (copy
attached).
6. That in the presence of aforementioned submissions it is requested
that my junior officer should not be given the current charge of post
of Dental Surgeon (BS-20).
