TheprogramwasdevelopedinconjunctionwiththegrantfromtheUSDepartmentof AgricultureandtheFoodandDrugAdministration.Itwasfirsttriedatthe Johns HopkinsResearchCentreandwasapprovedfordistributionbytheBoardofDirectorsof GeneralMotorsCorporationatageneralmeetingonAugust15,1995. GeneralMotorsCorporationwhollyendorsedthisprogramandismakingitavailableto allemployeesandfamilies.ThisprogramwillbeavailableatallGeneralMotorsFood servicefacilities. Itisthemanagementsintentiontofacilitateawelfareandfitnessprogramforeveryone. Thisprogramisdesignedforatargetweightlossof56Kgs.perweek.Itwillalso improveyourattitudeandemotionsbecauseofitssystematiccleansingeffects.
