Description of content: This Order sets permitted levels of toxins, pesticides and antibiotics in meat of all kinds of poultry for slaughter, feather game (including semifinished products, chilled, frozen). It also sets the maximum residue levels of dioxins and PCBs in meat and meat products, poultry fat, liver, and products derived from it. It approves limits of: toxic elements in sausages and meat products containing poultry; toxic elements and pesticides in canned poultry meat (meat of poultry, meat and vegetable, including paste and mincing); health microbiological parameters for canned poultry; and the maximum permitted level of active pharmaceutical ingredients in parts of poultry carcasses.
