Teams, Divisions, and Ownership of Teams The League will consist 16 teams all in one division Each teams name will be based off an Olympic country and be written as Team _____ The owner will post their respective countrys flag as their team logo If an owner should choose not to return or leave mid-season, the commissioner will find a replacement GM using various fantasy football message boards across the internet and consider suggestions from other owners if offered o Replaced owners will be allowed to change country upon joining

Please note that trading will not be allowed with any team that does not have a valid, active owner. However, the commissioner, listening to advice from other owners, will execute draft and/or keeper choices on behalf of the team if there is no valid owner during any draft or keeper declaration event.

Rosters 16 total players will make up a roster Starting Lineups will consist of 1QB, 2RB, 1RB/WR, 2WR, 1TE, 1D/ST, 1K Each team will have 7 bench slots Each team will have 1IR slot o Players that become disqualified for IR may not be left in the IR slot to be used as a roster slot

Draft The draft will be a snake, online draft Date of the draft will be determined in weeks prior to season starting by determining best overall date possible for all members The draft order will be set by allowing owners to choose their spots in an order determined by the previous seasons finish o o Consolation ladder winner will choose their pick first and so on down the ladder 9th choice will go to the winner or the consolation ladder for the winners bracket and so on down the ladder o 13th choice will go to loser of bronze medal game, 14th to bronze medalist, 15th to silver medalist, 16th to gold medalist Each team will receive 90 seconds per pick Draft pick trading will be allowed prior to the draft

Regular Season The league regular season will run from weeks 1-12. Schedules will be generated at random Tie breakers during the regular season will not exist, games will remain a tie If the NFL regular season is ever extended through a new collective bargaining agreement, additional regular weeks shall be added such that the last playoff game shall end 1 week before the end of the regular NFL season. Power Rankings posted will be based on W/L, Overall Breakdown, and Points Scored

Postseason The league postseason will take place during weeks 13-16. Top eight teams from the regular season will qualify for the playoffs and will be seeded by their rank Bottom eight teams from the regular season will qualify for the consolation ladder Tie breaker during the playoffs will be any prior H2H matchup between the two teams, second will be overall points scored during the regular season, third will be playoff seeding The winner of the playoff bracket will win the gold medal, 2nd place the silver, and 3rd the bronze The consolation ladder will be used to determine next years draft pick selection order (see Draft section)

Trading Trading will be allowed at all times except from 2 weeks prior to the playoffs, until the completion of the league championship game. You may trade a player you have placed on injured reserve. Trades can involve players always and draft picks during the preseason Trades will be reviewed by the LM only and vetoed only if it is obvious that the trade is obviously one sided to an extent that even a novice fantasy owner wouldnt make the trade. Vetoes will be used minimally and not at all if possible Trades at the end of the season to trade potential sleeper candidates with non-eligible sleepers who are big names are not allowed (eg non-playoff contending team trading away AP in exchange for a playoff team giving up a player that can be kept)

Keepers 1 player is allowed to be kept from year to year Eligible keepers include all players that werent drafted in the previous years first non-keeper round The keeper lock date will be in the week before the draft As of 2014 season keepers will be eliminated

Owner Requirements Each owner must update their roster each week in order to field a competitive team All roster slots must be filled unless an owner believes leaving a slot empty leaves his team the best chance to win, and a message to the LM is required If an owner fails to meet requirements more than two weeks in a season he/she is subject to replacement
