Iam Maidina, motivated student from Universitas Indonesia who have been studied civil engineering with specialization in construction management. I graduated from Universitas Indonesia as a Master degree in August 2013 with a GPA of 3.76 with scholarship from Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI) for major in Civil Engineering, Construction Management continuing from my bachelor degree major.
As a fresh graduted, I think this position is best decision for me to improve my knowledge and skills. During my 5 years of study, as a Construction Management student, I gained in-depth learning in knowledge areas in project management (Cost, Time, Quality, Procurement, Risk, Communication, Human Resource, Construction Method,etc) and other civil engineering studies. Besides, my final report both bachelor and master degree was about to compare, evaluate and optimizing cost of sustainable building expecially for efiiciency and conservative energy consumption for office building.
I personally believe that every person applying for Project Management Officer should be as much as specialized in research and practice in that field, as me. In favor of that thesis I should mention that I have been working within the green contractor, as an Intern in Green

I have experienced in handling many organization to develop my leadership and management skill and engineering projects to apply my knowledge. But i also need more experiences to improve my knowledge of the job world. I love working in team or individually, fast learner and eager to learn new things. As an energetic person, I am very willing to be placed anywhere if the company requires me to do so. Additionally, I easy to adapt in new culture, having good soft skills and good responsibility.
As I understand, this possition is very competitive, attracting highly motivated students, but I am convinced that my good record at the University and during my work as a researcher give me a strong recommendation for a place at it.
