WELCOME AND GREETING What a fantastic Fourth of July celebration! I hope you were there to
enjoy it. I love this time of the year for the parades, ice cream, hot dogs,

on heroes that make our lives better. Most of the heroes we celebrate

become my living heroes. These men represent several churches in our

God Loves Us
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,
that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Hear God’s Call To Us Today
Revelation 3:20 - Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears
my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with

Hear God’s Promise To Us All
John 1:12,13 - Yet to all who received him, he gave the right to become
children of God - Children born not of natural descent, nor of human
decision or a husband's will, but born of God.
When we are converted, we are justified by God.
Psalm 103:12 - as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our
transgressions from us.
We enter into a relationship with God as an act of faith (there is
nothing we can do to merit this relationship).
Ephesians 2:8-9 - For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith -
and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no
one can boast.
Faith is an act of trust and self abandonment when we commit
ourselves (give our lives)to Christ.
Matthew 16:24-26 - Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If anyone would come
after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For
whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me
will find it. What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet
forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?
Committing our lives to Christ is our own free decision.
