Read this instruction manual carefully before using the appliance. It contains important information for your safety as well as operating and maintenance advice. 1. Observe all safety instructions to avoid damage through improper use! Follow all warning notices on the appliance. 2. Keep this instruction manual for future use. Should this appliance be passed on to a third party, this instruction manual must be included. 3. No responsibility is accepted for damage resulting from improper use or non-compliance with these instructions. 4. Avoid damage to cords. Do not squeeze, bend, or scour on sharp edges. Keep away from hot surfaces and open flames. 5. Warning! During cleaning or operation do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids. Never hold the appliance under running water. 6. Under no circumstances open the appliance casing. Do not insert any foreign objects into the inside of the casing. 7. operation
Connect the MP3 player with the supplied USB cable to a computer. Note: The MP3 player will be charged, as soon as it is connected with a computer. The power indicator near the USB port lights up red, indicating the appliance is charging. After charging the power indicator switches off. Set the ON/OFF switch to position ON, in order to be able to copy MP3 files to the MP3 player. The MP3 player will be recognised automatically by the connected computer. Copy MP3 or WMA music files in folders or as single file with the available file manager on the computer to the MP3 player. Disconnect the MP3 player after successful copying the music files from the computer. Connect the supplied earphones with the jack on the MP3 player. Set the ON/OFF switch to position ON, to switch the MP3 player on. The MP3 player starts automatically with playback (blue indicator light flashing) Press to pause playback (blue indicator light on) or to start playback. Press or to go to previous or next title. Set the volume with + or . Press and hold until the blue indicator lights up/disappears to switch the MP3 player on or off. The MP3 player can also be used as a memory stick to store and copy other files.
