A digitized facility is then created from the As-built data using a combination of specialized technical know-how. The Digitized Facility can be easily viewed, annotated, and dimensions can be intuitively extracted over the web or the desktop by everyday professionals with little or no knowledge and skills in laser scanning, point cloud data, CAD, or 3D CAD. PDS formats can be extracted directly from the digitized facility. The models have certified 3D locations, tie-in points,

dimensions and orientation. All attributes of spools, structure and equipment are embedded in the models.
