1. You have to pay part of tuition fees/balance amount of fees as printed on Fee Challan at any designated branch of Punjab National bank between 08/08/2013 to 12/08/2013 in normal banking hours. In case of refund of fees, if any, will be refunded after completion of admission process by Demand Draft in the name of student at the address mentioned in the registration form by registered post. 2. You have to report to Help Center between 09/08/2013 to 12/08/2013 during working hours excluding Sunday along with all originals testimonials/certificates/copy of Bank Challan. In case of any problem at Help Center at the time of reporting, you are advised to contact Central Control Room of ACPC at Ahmedabad within the time span specified above. 3. If you fail to report at the Help Center within the prescribed time limit, this admission will be cancelled. 4. Token tuition fee can be deposited at the designated branch of Punjab National Bank by way of cash only or can be made online by clicking on Make Online Payment 5. The Candidates are hereby informed to verify/ ascertain the nomenclature of degree awarded by concerned Institute / University for their allotted course before finalisation of the admission at their end, since admission committee has no role in the nomenclature of degree awarded by concerned Institute/ University. 6. It is the responsibility of the admitting institution/university to award the MHRD scholarship/assistantship to only those candidates who have secured marks equal to or more than the qualifying mark in the concerned GATE/GPAT discipline and for the corresponding category of the candidate. The management of the postgraduate scholarship/assistantship is also the responsibility of the admitting institution/university. The admission committee has no role in the award or disbursement of scholarship/assistantship. Thus, mere admission as GATE/GPAT qualified candidates, does not guarantees MHRD Scholarship/assistantship.
