A Material characteristics

Factory producing Cheddar, material to clean cheese vats, "cheese spining machine" and cheese press.
B Current Situation

Cleaning from a C.I.P. using soda at a concentration of 1 % (alkalinity) with Lowfix (Diversey-Lever) at 0,2-0,3 %. The acid cleaning frequency is once a day.
C HYPRED BENELUX method

a)

b)

A trial with soda at a concentration of 1 % (alkalinity) with DEPTAL ACT at 0,5 %. The result is satisfactory but after 3 days use, there is foam. The acid cleaning frequency is once a week. A comparative trial with soda at a concentration of 1 % (alkalinity) with DEPTA CD at 0,6 % to obtain a solution which sequestering capacities are the same than with the DEPTAL ACT method. The result is satisfactory, after 3 weeks use, very few foam The acid cleaning frequency is once a week. Under no circumstances concentrated soda can be added.

D - DEPTA CD Trial The additive is used at 0,2 % The soda bath concentration is reduced to 8 % with the additive. The technical result is very satisfying. The trial is prolonged to measure the impact on the method output. The DEPTA CD has been initially created as an additive to soda bath for bottles cleaning. The main functions are : wetting, descaling, defoaming power reinforced. Under no circumstances it can be added to concentrated soda. A technical data sheet is enclosed..

IV - DEPTA CD
The additive : DEPTA CD is confirmed at a price you have to check with your sales agents. At the beginning, this additive has been created to be used in add to soda baths for bottles cleaning. The recent trials show that this product can suit to other applications than the one it has been created for. So, I encourage you to develop the application examples and to keep me informed so that I can reflect the different trials on the whole factory network The product is launched under the name DEPTA CD. See technical data sheet enclosed. The use conditions for bottle cleaning are the following : Example : bath at 3 % of soda bath 3 % soda wash + 1 % DEPTA CD it is equivalent to a solution of DEPTAL P SUPER. the sequestration index : 60 mg of Ca CO3 for 10 g of DEPTA CD
