Introductory message from Robert Hitt I have been an astrologer since 1973. I "remembered" astrology as opposed to learning it back then. It felt like I was picking up where I left off in another life. Some of the details of that previous life leak into my awareness from time to time and the experiences from that life have molded my approach in this one. I must have been an astrologer before. I must have been serving as power behind a throne. I almost certainly found that my "gift" had been misused by those in power who I was serving.. And I do believe when I refused to participate in that I suffered severe consequences. I have some vague recollections of the 10/13/1307 events related to the destruction of the Templars which is the basis for the Friday the 13th superstitions to this day. My chart is telling that chilling story and shows the residue of my previous experience both as karma and tendency in this life. I came into this life in 1952 with strange notions that I would

never put myself in a position of serving an unethical master again. Even as a child I shunned any and all ceremonies and rituals for reasons I did not understand. I had an annoying inability to tell a lie or even make a misleading statement. As a child I was plagued by blood curdling nightmares almost every night. I was able to find out almost any secret I put my attention on as if the truth was a plum waiting to be picked. I think that recognition of truth and a refusal to lie are connected. Those who can read a birth chart look at 9/13/1952.. 2:55 PM EST Bucyrus Ohio. My natal Jupiter is in the same degree as Gandhi and my natal sun is trined to that Jupiter to within 1/60th of a degree. My natal Saturn is at the same tipping point at the center at 15 of Libra as the USA natal Saturn. I was gifted with one heck of a time slot in this life and have felt inadequate to live up to the potential that my charts shows. The reason I am starting out the intro with this story is my tendency to stay out of the public eye and shun wealth that others would be quick to grab has roots so deep I don't even understand it myself completely. With the Sun Jupiter trine I have never been lacking in the basic needs of living in the material world but I did have to work with a relentless sense of duty. I spent 1000s of hours doing independent research into market correlations after 1974. This was done the old fashioned way with paper and pen. Over a 20 plus year time period (in my spare time) I studied and collected a LOT of information about what works and in the process what does not work. I learned a lot more about what does NOT work when studying the mechanical / statistical methods when I acquired the first astro finance software from Bill Serubi. . The bottom line is statistical evidence that astrology is at work in markets is everywhere BUT stats alone are not a stand alone method for making profitable trading decisions. Over the years I have become more of a SEER than a mechanic. The longer I go the more interested I am in recognizing what is in the present. I have found that the future is NOT FATED but is a set of POSSIBILITIES.. At least not fated in a way that a human mind with a separated self consciousness from the whole can grasp. The visions I see are of the POSSIBLES that are forming in the time slots to come on the time line being generated by what the collective mind of humanity is placing there. I KNOW that prophesy is creation and I take responsibility for what I say about a future time point as being part of creating it. History of AstroEcon . I started the site in January of 1996 to post my findings about a very long term 200 year cycle I discovered in the 1980s.. Keep in mind I was living a comfortable suburban lifestyle running a small business and was not doing the research for profit motivation but for the excitement of the findings. I started the site without any thought AstroEcon would become a subscription service but it had a mind of it's own. I was shocked and humbled back in 96 when I realized I may have as much talent as my birth chart was screaming at me. In the 1996 to 2001 period I had a very extensive web site with a large following and worked 7 days a week posting twice a day and another 20 pages on weekends while at the same time still running my 9-5 business. The high water mark of the web site was late April of 2000 when my work was endorsed by the chief tech analyst of TheStreet.com and I tripled my subscriber base in one day.. From 2001 till 2006 I graduated into a semi exclusive astro consulting gig with a London based investment bank that still allowed me to write for the site which was FREE for most of

that time.. I had the cake job of all jobs back then until a merger ended my ability to operate under cover from upper management. . From 2006 until present AstroEcon Weekly updates have concentrated on serving upper levels of market technicians in the hedge fund macro trading derivative arena. Starting in 2004 I ALSO ramped up my already active geo-politically discussions by pointing fingers at who and what and why are they happening. The bad things we see right now are being created and not by an accident. This has made me a VERY controversial person because of my PERSPECTIVE looking at the self serving political misdeeds of those in power. I can see what is behind the veil enough to know that things are not what they seem on the surface. What I consider to be the only viable way out for humanity is to reach escape velocity of human limitations by rapid spiritual evolution. I endorse developing full blown ESP by any means necessary. Being self taught has an advantage. I did not learn other than by experimenting and watching outcomes. This has been an advantage for subscribers too because I come to my conclusions based on empirical evidence, experience, and INTUITION and not by using any existing static theory. Because I am not influenced by what others are predicting so you the reader can compare what you read here with others opinions about the same astro period knowing the source here at AstroEcon is not a replication of someone else's work. I ALSO have found over the years that what works best changes over time, The markets are subjected to different rules and regs over time and the powers at the top are pulling strings shifting the trader focus by MANIPULATING one part of the market of markets and then another. The ONLY constant is CHANGE. If one way of looking at things becomes obsolete by too much common knowledge about it then another must be found to take it's place. Some basic concepts In my experience the simpler the better. Astrology is an infinitely complex subject but can be understood in a basic way by just about anyone. An Astrological CHART is a snap shot of the solar system frozen at a specific time and place. The chart can be set in motion using an astro clock such as is seen on the AstroEcon videos. A future moment can be looked at and the quality of that time understood as to what type of manifestation has been building up in that time slot. That in a nutshell is how this works. The collective is using unconscious MAGIC to place events and circumstances in a future time slot. Astrology works best when used in a CONTEXT of what is happening at the moment. Up until the present moment a manifestation is still in a malleable state. The reactions to astrological "energies" depends a lot on what is a matter of highest concern (focus of perception) at the time to the trader/speculator. The proper use of astrology in forecasting requires paying attention to the ever changing context and RECOGNIZING what is happening in real time is the ethers finally set in stone. I spend a lot of time paying attention to the location of the most significant multi planet astro aspects which are when potent world changing events are due to manifest. These

powerful multi planet aspect combinations cause inflection points. In other words I am EVENT ORIENTED more than cyclical. For those who do not know much about astrology. THE ASPECTS ARE WHAT WORKS MOST CONSISTENTLY. ASPECTS are the angle between one planet and another with the angle they are at to each other determining a harmony or discord between them. A hard aspect that generally causes a mistake is an ANGULAR RELATIONSHIP such as 90 or 180 degrees. The most commonly used aspects are derived by diving the 360 degree circle by 1,2,3,4,6,and 8. The VIEW used to measure the angle between planets is from right here on the on earth as we here see from here termed GEOCENTRIC. The bulk of my work involves reading the HARD ASPECTS because those are the ones that cause mistakes. In a trade a profit is made when the other side of the trade makes a mistake. Astrology tells us WHEN to look for something. It can give clues as to what to look for. Often history rhymes but it does not repeat exactly... EVER. The time cycles we have the ability to observe empirically are limited by how much history we have access to on a particular subject. In stocks we have good data only back to the late 1800s, So to this day we DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH REPEATS in the longest cycles beyond the Saturn aspects. The outer planets aspects outcome beyond Saturn such as the upcoming Uranus square to Pluto will be only accessible to an intuitive with no solid statistics to back the read up. Astrologers CAN interpret the basic meanings of such an long cycle aspect using standard linguistic methods but this is NOT EMPIRICAL based on data.. It is an EDUCATED GUESSTIMATE. So in reality astrology is an ART backed up by some statistical evidence. The future is in the process of being created in the present. Outcomes that may have been less changeable in an unenlightened time when the power of our creative thought was not understood are more modifiable now and will continue to become more so over the next few years. Let's work together and see the monsters we have been responsible for creating with a mindset that we CAN CHANGE THE FUTURE by changing how we see in the present. If there is a last thing I would like to contribute in my career to the art of astrology it is to inspire those who come after me to use a proactive approach in taking the reality creation mechanisms back from those who abuse the privilege. So much misery can be avoided if wisdom is the director of the human drama.
