INSTALLARE O USARE IL SOFTWARE. Non usare o caricare il software ed alcun materiale ad esso associato (collettiv amente, il "Software") prima di aver attentamente letto i seguenti termini e con dizioni. Il caricamento o l'utilizzo del Software comporta l'adesione ai termini del presente Contratto di licenza. In caso non si desideri aderire ai termini d i questo Contratto di licenza, non installare o utilizzare il Software. Notare inoltre: * Se si un produttore di apparecchiature originali (OEM), un fornitore di hardwa re indipendente (IHV) o un rivenditore di software indipendente, applicare il pr esente CONTRATTO DI LICENZA per intero. * Se si un utente finale, applicare solo il Documento A del presente CONTRATTO D I LICENZA. Per OEM, IHV e ISV: LICENZA. Questo Software dato in licenza d'uso solo con prodotti Intel. L'uso de l Software con prodotti differenti da quelli Intel non concesso da questo Contra tto di licenza. Soggetto ai termini del presente Contratto di licenza, Intel gar antisce una licenza non esclusiva, non trasferibile, internazionale, pre-pagata e soggetta ai diritti Intel sulla propriet intellettuale per: a) utilizzare, modificare e copiare il Software internamente a fini di m anutenzione e sviluppo; e b) modificare, copiare e distribuire il Software, comprese le opere deri vate, agli utenti finali ma sempre in accordo ai termini del Contratto di licenz a finale Intel e del Contratto di licenza per l'utente singolo, allegato come Do cumento A; e c) modificare, copiare e distribuire la documentazione allegata al Softw are, ma solamente insieme al Software. Qualora l'utente non fosse il produttore finale o il rivenditore di un sistema o programma comprendente il Software, sar possibile trasferire una copia del Softw are, comprese le opere derivate (e la relativa documentazione dell'utente finale ), al destinatario per l'utilizzo secondo i termini del presente Contratto di li cenza, a patto che il destinatario si impegni a rispettarli pienamente. L'utente non deve diversamente assegnare, concedere in licenza, affittare o in qualsiasi altro modo trasferire o divulgare il Software a terzi. Non concesso inoltre dec ompilare o modificare il Software. Salvo quanto espressamente dichiarato nel presente Contratto di licenza, non vie ne garantita alcuna licenza o diritto direttamente all'utente per sottinteso, pe rsuasione, preclusione o altro. Intel si riserva la facolt di esaminare, direttam ente o tramite un incaricato, i record principali dell'utente al fine di verific are la conformit con i termini e le condizioni del presente Contratto di licenza. RISERVATEZZA. Qualora si desiderasse usufruire di un consulente di altra societ o di un subappaltatore ("Contraente") e tale collaborazione implicasse l'accesso o l'uso del Software, l'acquirente dovr avere un accordo di riservatezza scritto dal Contraente, contenente i termini e gli obblighi relativi all'accesso o all'u tilizzo del Software e caratterizzato da termini restrittivi almeno quanto quell i contenuti nel presente Contratto di licenza, escludendo eventuali diritti di d istribuzione e di utilizzo per altro scopo. Diversamente, l'utente non potr divulgare i termini o l'esistenza del presente ac cordo o utilizzare il nome Intel in alcuna pubblicazione, pubblicit o altro annun cio previo consenso scritto di Intel. Non viene concesso alcun diritto di uso de l marchio registrato o di alcun logo Intel.

PROPRIET DEL SOFTWARE E COPYRIGHT. La titolarit di tutte le copie del Software app artiene a Intel o ai suoi fornitori. Il Software protetto dalle leggi sul copyri ght degli Stati Uniti e di altri Paesi, e dalle disposizioni dei trattati intern azionali. L'acquirente non deve rimuovere le avvertenze riguardanti il copyright dal Software. Intel pu modificare il Software, o parti di esso ivi citate, in og ni momento e senza alcun preavviso, ma non obbligata a fornire alcun supporto te cnico o ad aggiornare il Software. Eccetto nel caso in cui abbia stabilito diver samente, ed in modo espresso, Intel non trasferisce diritti espressi o impliciti riguardanti brevetti, diritti d'autore, marchi depositati o altri diritti di pr opriet intellettuale dell'azienda. L'acquirente pu trasferire il Software soltanto nel caso in cui non ne trattenga una copia per s e il destinatario del Software accetti di aderire ai termini di questo contratto di licenza. GARANZIA LIMITATA DEL SUPPORTO. Se il Software stato distribuito da Intel su sup porto fisico, Intel garantisce che tale supporto sia esente da difetti intrinsec i e dei materiali per un periodo di novanta (90) giorni a partire dalla consegna effettuata da Intel. Se dovesse risultare difettoso, il supporto pu essere rinvi ato ad Intel che, a propria discrezione, provveder alla sostituzione o ad altro m ezzo di consegna del Software. ESCLUSIONE DI ALTRE GARANZIE. AD ECCEZIONE DEI PUNTI INDICATI QUI SOPRA, IL SOFT WARE VIENE FORNITO "COS COM'", SENZA ALCUNA GARANZIA ESPRESSA O IMPLICITA DI ALCUN TIPO, INCLUSE LE GARANZIE DI COMMERCIABILIT, DI CONFORMIT ALLE NORME CONTRO LA VI OLAZIONE DEI DIRITTI O IDONEIT AD UN FINE PARTICOLARE. Intel non garantisce n si a ssume la responsabilit circa l'accuratezza o la completezza di qualsiasi informaz ione, testo, grafica, collegamento o altro elemento contenuto nel Software. LIMITAZIONE DI RESPONSIBILIT. IN NESSUN CASO INTEL O I SUOI FORNITORI SARANNO RES PONSABILI PER QUALSIASI DANNO (INCLUSI, MA NON LIMITAMENTE A, LA PERDITA DI PROF ITTI, L'INTERRUZIONE DELL'ATTIVIT O LA PERDITA DI INFORMAZIONI) DERIVANTI DALL'US O O DALL'IMPOSSIBILIT DI USARE IL SOFTWARE, ANCHE NEL CASO INTEL SIA STATA INFORM ATA DELLA POSSIBILIT DEL VERIFICARSI DI TALI EVENTI DANNOSI. ALCUNE GIURISDIZIONI NON CONSENTONO LA LIMITAZIONE O L'ESCLUSIONE DELLA RESPONSIBILIT PER DANNI INCID ENTALI O CONSEQUENZIALI, PERTANTO QUANTO AFFERMATO SOPRA IN MATERIA DI ESCLUSION I POTREBBE NON ESSERE APPLICABILE IN ALCUNI CASI. L'uso, la duplicazione o la divulgazione da parte del Governo degli Stati Uniti sono soggetti alle restrizioni contenute in FAR52.227-14, DFAR 252.227-7013 o successivi. DOCUMENTO "A" CONTRATTO DI LICENZA DEL SOFTWARE INTEL (Finale, Utente singolo) IMPORTANTE - LEGGERE PRIMA DI COPIARE, INSTALLARE O USARE IL SOFTWARE. Non usare o caricare il software ed alcun materiale ad esso associato (collettiv amente, il "Software") prima di aver attentamente letto i seguenti termini e con dizioni. Il caricamento o l'utilizzo del Software comporta l'adesione ai termini del presente Contratto di licenza. In caso non si desideri aderire ai termini d i questo Contratto di licenza, non installare o utilizzare il Software. LICENZA. L'acquirente autorizzato a copiare il Software su un computer singolo p er uso personale, a scopi non commerciali e ad effettuare una sola copia di arch iviazione del Software, nel rispetto delle seguenti condizioni: 1. Questo Software dato in licenza d'uso solo con prodotti Intel. L'uso del Soft ware con prodotti differenti da quelli Intel non concesso da questo Contratto di licenza. 2. L'acquirente non pu copiare, modificare, affittare, vendere, distribuire o tra sferire alcuna parte del Software, ad eccezione di quanto stabilito nel presente Contratto di licenza, e si impegna a prevenire copie non autorizzate del Softwa re. 3. L'acquirente non pu procedere a progettazione inversa, decompilazione o disass emblaggio del Software. 4. L'acquirente non pu cedere in licenza o autorizzare un uso simultaneo del Soft ware da parte di pi di un utente. 5. Il Software pu contenere elementi e funzioni appartenenti a terze parti, alcun i dei quali sono identificati e concessi in licenza in accordo con quanto conten uto nel file "license.txt" o in altro testo o file. Please Also Note: * If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Independent Hardware Vend or (IHV), or Independent Software Vendor (ISV), this complete LICENSE AGREEMENT applies; * If you are an End-User, then only Exhibit A, the INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEM ENT, applies. For OEMs, IHVs, and ISVs: LICENSE. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel compon ent products. Otherwise, you shall not disclose the terms or existence of this Agreement or us e Intel's name in any publications, advertisements, or other announcements witho ut Intel's prior written consent. You do not have any rights to use any Intel t rademarks or logos. OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies of the Software remain s with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is copyrighted and protected by the laws of the United States and other countries, and international treaty provisio ns. You may not remove any copyright notices from the Software. Intel may make c hanges to the Software, or to items referenced therein, at any time and without notice, but is not obligated to support or update the Software. Except as otherw ise expressly provided, Intel grants no express or implied right under Intel pat ents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You may tra nsfer the Software only if the recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms and if you retain no copies of the Software. LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY. If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a period of ninety (90) days after delivery by Intel. The Software may contain the software or other property of third party suppli ers, some of which may be identified in, and licensed in accordance with, any en closed "license.txt" file or other text or file.
