The bookmarks and tagging are done is such a way that it wont interfere with the server. Low level bookmarks are to be carried out.

To study the decomposition schemes available for media types. Check whether it is suitable to for the historic cases. To study 10 example cases for the media types available. From the study a suitable decomposition scheme is derived. The decomposition schemes are to be applied to the example cases (i.e) the media are tagged and bookmarked according to the scheme.

The syntax is formulated such way that it depicts all the sublevel breakdowns.

SIM:

The SOURCE is followed by the IDENTIFIER, whether it is photo or drawing done by an engineer. The identifier is followed by the medium through which the information is interpreted.

For part number the first seven digits in used. (i.e)PART NUMBER is a string followed by 7 digits number. For ex: F5755084

The signatures available in the report are bookmarked. The following letters are used to denote it For ex: if a Technical Disposition (TD) has stress and fatigue signatures , it is denoted by S & F SIGN SIGN : signature

The cases are bookmarked according to the previous standards followed by the engineers. As changing the head/first level bookmark would affect the server, second level bookmark is carried out.

Repair approval sheet and technical disposition are bookmarked with their full ref. number. From the information received from Mrs Emily, on the historic cases possessed by the Airbus, there may have been a total of approx. 30,000+ files historically consuming storage capacity around 90-100GB of data. With this numbers, the information each case possess and based on the number of pages , 150 cases ( average page per case 50) from A320 family are been planned to bookmark for the time span of three weeks.
