Sir, As a fresher actually I don't having working experience. I can't say that you must hire me but I can assure that I am confident, hard worker, quick learner, and I can adapt myself in any environment which you provide as well as have ability to work with team environment. I fulfill all kinds of requirements which you need for your organization to reach a height. I do my job with full dedication and responsibilities assigned to me, If you give me such wonderful opportunity I will do my best level to achieve all the goals of your company. Sir, I am fresher so I don't have much experience of work on field, but I have a learning ability, adaptability, gregarious nature and knowledge. Tell me about yourself.

Good morning to all of you, Thank you for giving me an opportunity to introduce me. My name is Azim Sain, I am from ratnagiri, maharashtra. I completed my Bachelor of engg in information tech. From GIT college affiliated to mumbai university with 65.3%. I have good knowledge of object oriented programming, C, C++, Java, HTML, UML, software testing, DBMS and data storage & disaster recovery. My hobbies are surfing over internet, learning technology related concepts, travelling, meeting new people, reading newspaper. My strength are I am a self motivator and motivate my colleagues, I can be a good team player, and lead team at times, I do not get angry easily, I like to discuss imp issues with experts before implementation, I am a workaholic. My weakness is that I am a workaholic at times I don't remember of meals while working. My short term goal is to get a job in this company and my long term goal is to achieve expertise in my field and get to good position.

It's my pleasure to introduce myself. Well I am Anshul gupta, born and grown up in Agra. And I've completed my graduation from Agra University. And about my professional qualification is concern I completed my diploma in computer Hardware & Networking from Jetking, Agra centre. And I did my cisco certifications also. My family consists of 5, my father is an Advocate, mother is a homemaker and two elder sisters both are married. And I am a strong believer of the fact that to achieve success you don't have to do different things in fact, you have to do the things differently. I am very responsible, honest and dedicated employee with a strong work ethic. I enjoy working in a team environment. And my hobbies are listening to the music, surfing Internet, I like to visiting new places. My strengths is my patient. I will never give up until my work is completed, the best strength in me is "I never neglect any opportunity for my improvement and I have faith in my effort". And I am also a quick learner, good listener, positive minded person. And I believe my strength lies in my optimistic approach to any situation. Also my calm composure helps me a lot in crunch situations. Also my friendly attitude and good management skills help me become a good team-man. My weakness is "I feel uncomfortable when I didn't finish my work with in a given time". When I can't finish work in time frame I feel bad and think too much and try to finish it as quick as possible. My short term goal, as of now is to be part of a reputed organization as of yours that would help me to upgrade and enhance my skills. My long term goal is "I want to see my self as more responsible and knowledgeable person than what I am today, I want to be an asset for the organization and I want to see my organization at peak level and I want to be one of the reason for that success". What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My strengths are positive thinking, learning new things from others and I can adjust my self according to situation. My weakness is I'm not good at vocabulary but I'm working on it by talking with my friends in english and reading news paper.

Why do you want to work at our company?

Sir, As I am a fresher I need a good environment which help me to grow myself and my skills very well and your organization helps in all these things. I think your company is the best platform for me where I enhance my knowledge and skills with great zeal and enthusiasm. It's really a privilege to be work in your reputed firm. What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

Confidence is a quality of person which help him/her in making capable to learn and in removing his/her disabilities. But overconfidence is something that doesn't allow a person to learn because it tells person that he/she knows everything and there is nothing to learn. Confidence : achieves expected success. Overconfidence : fetches unexpected failure. I have good example for that, Confidence: I will try to complete my work without mistake. Overconfidence: I never do any mistake in my work.

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Striving hard and facing lot of obstacles and at last achieve success is HARDWORK. Striving less, achieve success easily by smart thinking and timely action is SMARTWORK. =>Hard Work Gives you Experience. =>Smart Work comes with Experience.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

Sir, I'm here for learn something, and I'm fully prepare to give my 100%. If I really want something then I will have to sacrifice something. Thats why, for me will not matter night and weekends. I think its more important to have a complete rest to give my best so its hard to work in the weekends and nights but I ensure that I will complete my work in time. Still, if my company need my presence I will do it with pleasure. Working at weekends and night is difficult. We are humans we need rest to start a new beginning for another day. But if my company wants my presence I will be there to do my work.

Can you work under pressure?

Well sir, honestly I am not Mahendra singh dhoni who can make 15 runs in the last over without pressure but yes I am an engineering student and I am very well acquainted with the last night study before exams, that describes me well about my work under pressure :). Sir, life is not a road of flowers. So pressure are a part of life. For me working under pressure is a challenge to prove my self. If I take it as a responsibility not pressure then I hope it will be easy for me.

Are you willing to relocate or travel?

No issues with the relocation sir. It will help me to increase my communication skills by meeting new people in a new environment and learning new things. It will be an opportunity to add new things to my professional life.

Yes sir, I would like to relocate if company offers it to me. Because its best time to learn new people and their culture so it will also improve my professional skill. I'm ready for it.

What are your goals?

Sir, My short term goal is getting the job in a reputed company where I can utilize my knowledge and skills and to achieve the success of my company. My long term goal is to achieved a highest position of an organisation. My short term goal is to be placed in a good company and I would like to prove myself to that company. My long term goal is to improve myself step by step thoroughly and I want to see myself as a well developed and skilled person in future

What motivates you to do good job?

A Good working environment, communication with other employees, motivation by higher authority, work responsibility, and continuous feedback, motivates me to do a good job apart from my own efforts. My Parents, they have given lots of efforts and sacrifices for my better future and now, I can say my parents are best in the whole world and now it is my tern, I needs to prove myself is the best son in the world.

What makes you angry?

Anger is a disease which attacks weaker people. I don't want to be weak so, I will try to control my anger believing I am one of the strongest person. Anger is human nature. We can't avoid it but we can able control it. I get anger when someone interrupted in my job. I will manage it with a smile & I won't show to them.

Give me an example of your creativity.

Sir, According to me creativity involves observing things in a way others don't observe. Every day I observed people complaining about the fact that lift was very slow to our apartment incharge. He was thinking of increasing the technical specifications of the lift. I went to him and said to arrange a mirror in the lift. He did as I said and for his shock there is no single complaint about the lift there after. He came to me and asked 'how did this worked out?'. I answered 'people do not care about time in front of the mirror'. So, According to me creativity in a company like yours is all about utilizing the resources wisely. Sir, My creativity is thinking everything in a different manner.

Whatever we are thinking should be different from others and also acceptable by others. For example:Every spider has its own creativity in designing the web and it is different from one another. In the same way I used to create my own style in every situation.

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

Until you and I feel that I am doing my job perfectly. And I'll work until my skills are useful to company. I will work with this company as long as my presence benefits both the company and mine in parallel. So that company gains good results and I can be in a position to improve my skills.

Are not you overqualified for this position?

Qualification is bookish, but in real scenario there is a ocean to learn new every day & to stay at that position it seems to me I am not at all overqualified, just a learner. No Sir, I don't think I am Overqualified for that post... now i have just theoretical knowledge about my field when i will get practical knowledge that time I can Consider me just a well qualified not overqualified...because learning never ends..we will run new things till our death.. Describe your ideal company, location and job I think,every job and place is ideal. its upto us how we adap to the environment and enhance our skill. Ideal company: The company which considers both the company's and employee's wellbeing. Ideal location: The location where I can reach on time without any hassle so that I can start my work at office cheerfully. Ideal job: Where I can enhance my practical knowledge related to theoretical knowledge. My ideal company is a company which gives me job security, appraisals for my dedication to work and a platform to update my knowledge with modern trends. The location, where people are cooperative, that is my ideal location and the job which gives me self satisfaction is my ideal job.

What are your career options right now?

Right now my carrier goal is to getting job in a reputed mnc company like yours and to convert the theoretical knowledge in to practical knowledge and to be a integral part in your company. Right now my career option is to get placed in a reputed company like yours. If given an opportunity for me to work in your company, I would like to enrich my professional skills and will contribute myself for the growth of the company.

Explain how would be an asset to this organization?

Sir, in my opinion, any employee, whether academically an average or meritorious, if he is hard working, dedicated, honest, punctual and moreover involved in the growth of his company, either directly or indirectly, he deserved to be an ASSET for his company. As far as I am concerned, I very well know that I am an average student, not the best, but since I believe that I have all these qualities in me, as well as I want to be a part of yours company's success story, I think in this way, I may prove to be an ASSET for your reputed company. So I feel I should get a chance. Thank you. Sir, the discipline, dedication and determination are the asset that the employee must have to grow himself as well as his company & I'm one of them how have these qualities.

What are your outside interests?

Each and every incident which brings out a cute smile on my face. For example. Listening to jokes. Playing in the rain. Sleeping on my Mother's Lap When I am sad. Enjoying with friends. My interests are singing and I love to spend my time educating my mother as she is uneducated and we enjoy a lot while doing so.

Would you lie for the company?

Sir, telling lie is not at all a solution to problems. Truly saying, lie itself create major problems because telling lie is the most easiest thing but to hide that lie, we have to tell another 100 lies. So beyond telling lie, I find an alternate solution to solve the problem. Sir. It depends on the situation. Usually I do not prefer to lie because getting success based on lie would never be call success. But if my lie is for the benefit of the company and I know that majority of people would not get affected with this then I can lie.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?

There are many things in life which inspired me. They are my mistakes, great personalities. The important and most provoking inspiration is the hard work done by my parents to raise me till this stage which I feel is the greatest motivation factor in my life. My failures are inspired me. I believe that we learn more from failure than success. So I learned a lot from failures and I can guide to others towards success.

What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?

My toughest decision was after completing BE with qualifying GATE I was sure for doing M.Tech but my financial condition were not allowing me to do so because my father was at the stage of retirement and there was no possibility for taking Loan also.

Have you considered starting your own business?

As a fresher I don't think so. To be a good businessman 1st we must be a good employee. Now I want to be a good employee by improving my skills by taking some risks. After that basing on my interest I will think about it. As a fresher I did not think much about that one right now. I just want to improve my skills and work experienc. Later I will think about that. Because a good business man must be a good employee then only he can run the organisation successfully.

If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?

Yes I will work continue because money does not teach how to earn more money but your company teach me how to convert 10 million into 100 million. I will love to continue despite winning a sum of $10 million. Because winning such a huge amount does not ensure me that I would have it tomorrow. I probably could lose it tomorrow because I would not have experience to invest it into right business which could give me a good return. But the experience that I will fetch from here by working with, will certainly ensure that I would not let this money go into vain.

How much salary do you expect?

Thank you for Asking This Question, Sir, Everyone in this word working for money but as a fresher my first priority is not salary, That is a big platform to start my carrier. And I also want to improve my knowledge and skill and gain experience. So I expect a considerable of salary according to my ability and your company's norms which will fulfill my economical needs. Thank You. As a fresher I want a platform to improve my knowledge and skills, so I won't bother about the salary. But I hope I will get a salary package as per your company norms and definitely it will satisfy my economical needs.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

As I am a fresher so in 5 years I want to be more knowledgeable, more skilled and experienced personality as well as I want to be the trustworthy person of organization so that within 5 years company could leave a project or work on my shoulders for completion. After 5 years, I would like to see myself as a top performing employee. My long term goal involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn more. I believe in present, so if I do well in present, definitely my future will be better.

Sir/ Madam. I'm not in a position & I am not a right person to rate you. You have more degree, knowledge & experience am a fresher. But as a part of interview, really I am feeling comfortable in front of you so I would like to give 9/10. I deduct one mark because no one is perfect there is always be a scope of improvement.
