INR 8.40 Lpa ( Inclusive of discretionary performance bonus) Would vary as per department (KYC, GRD, Securities, Asset Services, Middle Office, Prime Services, Stock Loan, Collateral) The role holder will be responsible for addressing administrative issues on a day-to-day basis and use judgement to escalate issues to senior management. In addition the role holder will build strong cross departmental relationships and ensure all risk and control functions are adhered to. The role holder will also provide ad hoc information to key stakeholders and will take responsibility for providing relevant management information (MI) to senior management. The role holder will identify process improvements and synergies on an ongoing basis and will liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) on project enhancement for existing and new markets and will monitor trends. The role holder is responsible for maintaining high levels of client service through efficient timely communication and resolution of issues. The role holder will be responsible for communicating with Brokers and Third Party Custodians, pre-matching of trades, and resolution of unmatched trades, any open settlement issues via communication with the various Middle Offices and Front Offices, and escalation of issues to senior management. The role holder will manage analyst teams and their day to day activities, ensuring that they are completed accurately in a timely manner and adhere to Compliance standards. This will include but not limited to oversight of checklists and internal controls. The role holder will responsible for fostering a strong risk management culture within the team. The role holder is also responsible for driving regular team meetings to ensure collective learning and development. The role holder provides leadership for the team and is responsible for performance measurement of the team that can include carrying out 1:1s, preparing people development plans, conducting performance appraisals, providing ongoing feedback. The role holder must be prepared to counsel team members as needed and maintain high levels of motivation among the team.

Managerial experience The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that they have the experience of leading a team ideally within a high volume environment, ability to manage their own workload as well as their teams across multiple markets with varying deadlines.

Academic and professional qualifications The right candidate will be educated ideally to post graduate degree level or equivalent. Industry recognized

qualifications are desirable. Language Skills The successful candidate will have excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills and will be able to communicate effectively across all levels. Personal attributes The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritize and work under pressure, with both the quantity and quality of work being produced to a consistently high standard. Accuracy and attention to detail will ensure that they are able to avoid repetition and minimize the risk of human error. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and proactive team player with common sense and patience and will have a flexible attitude towards working patterns in order to support a set of markets with multiple market deadlines through the day. The successful candidate will have a proven track record demonstrating commitment and reliability to the job. They will have well developed escalation skills and an ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the firm.
