The mask for a perfect skin


Have you seen how good-looking is Penelope Cruz in The Pirates of the Caribbean? We envied her for her skin and did not rest until we learned her secret: honey and sugar scrub. It is very easy: take a spoon of sugar, add 3 spoons of honey and apply on the clean skin. Let the mask to act for 25 minutes and then massage the face with your wet hand (approximately 20 de seconds). Rinse and admire yourself in the mirror!

Mask before the week-end


Your skin will have a nice and clean tan! Here are the instructions: separately mix the egg white and yolk. Apply the egg white on the areas with oily skin and the yolk on the areas with dry skin. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes and then rinse.

Mask for dry skin:


Here is a recipe that is superefficient for dry skin: grind a banana and add a spoon of olive oil. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes. Clean the mask with makeup remover pads and warm water.

How to get rid of the blackheads:


Cant get rid of blackheads? We have the solution! Boil two spoons of barley in little water, enough to cover the grains, then put them in a blender until you obtain a paste. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes and then remove it with a warm towel.

Mask for oily skin:


Mix the egg white with a spoon of fresh lemon juice and a spoon of yoghurt. Apply on clean skin and leave it on for 20 minutes.

Mediterranean areas have known for centuries the many hidden benefits of olive oil. But one must be careful because not all types of olive oil are indicated in hair treatments the first thing is to check if the label contains the word extra virgin. This ensures us that the product does not contain chemicals and that the olives used were fresh and cold pressed. And another clue: green color oil will always have better qualities than the yellow-golden one. As you may know, there are many hair masks that contain olive oil this is very logical since its hydrating power is rare, if not unique. Use it every time you can when you bathe, if you can, or, if you are reading this article on the beach - run to the

supermarket and hydrate your hair before the strong sun rays dry it. After you applied the olive oil at the roots and up to the ends (it would be ideal to combine it with apple cider vinegar), wrap the head with a wet towel. Stay like this for an hour. Done, you can go on sunbathing.

Recipe no. 2 (for the coffee flavor lovers)


A simple recipe: after you washed your hair, apply on all its length a little used coffee grounds. It will make it even smoother and it acts as a color revelator, making the hair shine.

Neck and dcolletage care


The dcolletage is the symbol of femininity but, unfortunately, this area is exposed to aging too. The necks skin is fine and fatless which is why is very exposed to the skin aging

process. The neck and dcolletage are very fragile areas of the body because the skin is not sustained by muscles. At the neck level the wrinkles have a special aspect, the aging process being called poikiloderma and characterized by the changing of the skins aspect, texture and color modifications. The skin becomes redder or yellower, sometimes even brown and with spots. At certain people, the necks skin dries, loses its density and becomes folded. At other people, when the skin is accompanied with fat excess, appears the so-called double chin, also known as goiter. The necks skin aspect can be corrected with the help of combined techniques and without surgery. One of the most popular treatments is the necks massage. It stimulates lymphatic drainage and blood flow, oxygenating the skin in the same time. Usually the neck massage is done using avocado oil, an excellent anti-wrinkle product. With the fingers, circular moves are executed from down to up, starting from the dcolletage and up to the chin. Be very careful with the thyroid situated right under the neck. The massage in this area must be very gentle.

Excellent results are obtained with gymnastics too. Try slow spins, from the right to the left. To tone the necks muscles, pronounce on and on the vocals: A, E, I, O, U. The neck and dcolletage must enjoy the same ritual as the face: cleansing, hydration and deep care. For cleansing use a cleaner applied with a smooth massage. There are special toning creams and masks for this area. These are based on vitamins A and E. Also you can use the same anti-wrinkle cream that you use for your face. It has effect, but it must be applied as often and in the same quantity as on the face. A good alimentation also helps you have a beautiful skin. Half cup of fine sugar A quarter of cup of oil (we love olive oil) A spoon of fresh basil

Instructions: Powder in the blender all the ingredients then put the paste in a clean container. You will know that you have the right temperature in the room the moment the mirror will steam. From this moment you can start applying the product on wet skin. Rinse and let the skin dry. Use a hydrating cream.

Recipe with coffee ground: mix a spoon


of coffee grounds with a spoon of olive oil and apply the product on the skin. Remove it with a sponge and rinse with warm water. For a more pleasant peeling, mix the coffee grounds with your favorite shower gel (or with a homemade recipe 100% natural that you will find in the next pages).

Chocolate massage
After a peelingwhat can be more pleasant than a massage? A chocolate massage here is a homemade recipe, based on almond oil. This oil has miraculous effects on the skin it tones and brightens the skin:

Ingredients: 1 square of chocolate with min. 80% cocoa. tea-spoon of honey tea-spoon of vanilla 2-3 tea-spoons of water (depending on the texture of the honey) 2 tea-spoon of nutmeg cup of almond oil A container with lid Instructions: 1. In a baking dish add the chocolate and the honey. Microwave it for 30 seconds. Add the

water, vanilla and nutmeg and mix them well. 2. Pour the almond oil in a container with lid, then add the chocolate mix. Put the lid and shake well the ingredients. Have fun! All the ingredients are edible so you can let your imagination fly away!

3 recipes that you can prepare at home in order to look perfect in a swimsuit
1. This summer you will shine in the swimsuit! Here is a very efficient lotion: fill of a cup with salt and mix with 2 spoons of milk powder. Powder them in the blender with 2 spoons of honey, 100 ml of almond oil, 2 spoons of water and 5 drops of lavender oil. At the shower massage it on the skin. Insist on the knees, elbows, feet. Rinse well and then use the body lotion. 2. Here is how you get your skin ready for the beach: mix and powder the content of 2 green teabags with 3 spoons of oatmeal flour. Scrap a little fresh ginger and add it to the mix. Put everything in a small

mesh canvas. Fill of the bathtub with hot water and let the prepared mix infuse for 5-10 minutes. 3. A magic recipe: even from the first application your skin will be more firm and smooth. According to the experts from the Honua Spa in Hawaii, the mask has such a hydrating power that no body lotion is necessary afterwards. Ingredients: 1 avocado 1 smashed banana cup of natural yoghurt Instructions: Mix the avocado core with the yoghurt and smashed banana. Use a blender if you wish but it is easy with a fork too. Apply the mix all over the body and cover yourself with a big bath towel. It is very important to relax in the 15 minutes that are necessary for the mask to ask. End the treatment with a warm shower.

1 cup of coffee beans 1 cup of olive oil 1 cup of coffee at the rooms temperature Cream Hmm if it werent for the oil and salt, you would have said that we are teaching you how to make coffee. But no, like we said, the coffee is for your legs this time. Follow the next steps and you will have legs with no dry skin, irritations and swellings: 1. Mix the salt, oil and coffee beans in a bowl. 2. In a bigger container (big enough to put your feet in it), mix the cream and the prepared coffee. 3. Keep your legs there for 10 minutes. 4. Massage the legs with the salt and coffee beans pasta, insisting on the problematic areas. 5. Rinse with hot water, dry with a soft towel and use a hydrating cream or even olive oil.
