ADVERTISEMENT OF SALE THRU PUBLIC BIDDING

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for items listed at the back hereof
will be received in the office of the City General Services Office, Supply Property
Records Management Division, Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte not
later than August 07, 2009 – deadline : 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at 2nd floor,
CGSO-SPRD Building, this City. As approved by Disposal Committee lot pricing
shall be observed for the following bid items : Light Vehicles engine & Speedboat.

With this, Bidders should submit their bids in duly sealed envelopes labeled
BIDS FOR ITEMS, light vehicles (4 wheels, motorcycles engine & Speedboat) of
IGACOS to be opened in the 2nd floor, CGSO Conference Room, City Hall, Samal
District, Island Garden City of Samal or any other venue as maybe designated on
the same date at exactly 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon.

Winning Bidders shall be required to deposit a Performance Bond in a form

of CASH in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid.

The bond shall be forfeited in favor of the government should the winning
bidder or successful bidders fail to accept the award price and to withdraw the
properties within five (5) days from the receipt of the notice of the award.

If in case of waiver by the highest bidder there would be a declaration of

Failure of Sale thru Public Bidding and blacklisting of concerned bidder to
participate in future biddings.

The Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to nullify the
Public Bidding process at anytime prior to contract award without thereby
incurring any liability to the bidders.

All terms and conditions in the advertisement and specifications,

exceptions, notations and remarks in this sale thru Public Bidding shall “IPSO
FACTO” constitute a part of the contract if not objected by the DISPOSAL
COMMITTEE for the bidder.
