FAQ Internship agreement

1/ What is the procedure to create my internship agreement contract? I have to log myself to my EN under ETUDIER tab = I will then access to the PSTAGES software application in order to create my internship agreement contract. 3/ I am unable to connect myself to the server? Please use Mozilla Firefox host server

I am unknown as a UT1 student because I am having another university status like (vacataire, charge de TD) I have to forward all necessary internship agreement contract to the internship office in order for them to create it ( see guidelines ). I have to forward also all requested documents going with (see guidelines and question 17 ) 6/ While creating my internship agreement contract what happens when the company is not existing in the database ? I need to create by myself the company database details by clicking on the green cross

7/ What if I do my internship abroad and that I cannot create the address company within the database? I need to get in touch with the internship office to do it and then I will be able to log all necessary company details 8/ When I am done with all relevant internship agreement contract details data what are the next steps? a. I need to print out my internship contract document in 4 copies b. I need to sign these 4 copies and have it signed by my responsible educating officer c. I need to go to the internship office with the 4 copies with all requested documentation ( see question 17 ) in order to make it signed by an official university representative officer d. Bring along 3 copies out of 4 to my internship company concerned e. Bring along 1 copy with 3 signatures to the internship office 9/ Why do we have to provide 4 internships agreement contracts copies? One original copy has to be within the internship office waiting for the company signature feedback One copy for the company signed by the 3 parties One copy for the student signed by the 3 parties One copy for the internship office signed by the 3 parties 10/ Who is my responsible educating officer? If I am in Master 2 it is the educating officer of my Master who is in charge If I am in Magistere, Master 1, bachelor : Mr Jean-Louis Guy is in charge

11/ How my internship agreement contract is handled up to the company ? As soon as my internship document has been checked by the internship office, 3 copies are forwarded to the company for signature = one original is kept by the internship office waiting for a company feedback

12/ What is the deadline for completing my company internship? Until 30th September of current academic year

13/ When can I start my internship? When I am done with all my classes

14/ Is there any maximum internship duration? 6 months within the same company

15/ Is it possible to make a company internship after September 30th?

In a very exceptional way and only if I am registered in M2 and also if my company internship is not more than 6 months length (within the same company) therefore the deadlines could be extended to some weeks 16/ I am graduating double degrees in Magistere and Master 2 which one should I mention in my internship document ? Le Master Only Master 2 17/ What are the required internship agreement contract documents to supply ? My current academic year student card My current third party insurance My current social security card My residence permit or a renewal document if relevant Full internship company addressee details (department, first name, name, instructors position, mailing address, mail, telephone number)

18/ What is a third party insurance? This insurance is optional and could be offered by the student Social Security or it could be part of your personal housing insurance 19/ My internship company provides is own internship document (ex : Airbus, Conseil Gnral), how to handle this ? I have to complete their company form Besides, I complete the university on line form that I print in one copy I bring along to the internship office 3 copies of my company internship document, one internship university copy with requested documentation (see question nbr 17) for validation 20/ Where could I find any internship legislation and information? Through UT1 website : Intranet > droulement des tudes > lgislations Or through My ENT : mes cours en ligne> TSE recherche de stage > lgislations des stages

21/ What is the best moment to process my internship document ? Plan to make it when to be certain of If my internship is in France, I need to make it a fortnight before going If my internship is abroad, I need to make it one month before going 22/ What if I have trouble in printing out my internship contract ?

Within the university UT1 available computer rooms to which students have full access. Otherwise please get in touch with the internship office in order to send your returned mail message, your internship contract will be sent back to you via an attached document that you will be able to print out then after.

23/ What happens if I cannot get around to the internship office to validate my agreement contract? There are 2 options : By email : you will have to scan your internship document ( logged in beforehand ) with all requested documents ( see question 17 or guideline ) By mail : please send your internship agreement contract in 4 copies with all requested documents
