The first class the teacher tried to give the class asking to the students and he realized that

there were some people cannot speak in English he moved them to the first set in order to help them in their difficulties that they have, by getting a better understanding from themselves, in this class he was very considerable with his students and he was fair with them because he realized the deficiencies that they have and he tried to be fair as a teacher need to be.

The second class he used a method so that teaching them, he wear clothes as a chef and he cut an apple and he asked them hey how much is it in this case he motivated his students using a something different in the class by trying to call their attention. he looked for the correct method by getting a good performing and comprehension of them, so he used a total physical respond (TPR) because he did this activity by engage the attention from them and having the control of the class in order to transmit a knowledge and trying to accommodate them, in the same situation because there are several types of the students inside in the class, but he can handle the class and he could be able to give classes according with the students that he has, because he wanted to see the stimulus that they have or how they respond in a situation like this, if their respond are negatives or positives.

Therefore, he adapted to the environment that the students have and he treated each one, according to how they are, because he has some gangsters students but he hadnt afraid, he keep on giving the class and he tried to get along with them, using the direct method as asking a specific person something about him or her in order to know what are the things that he need to do for improve their

behavior and their deficiencies or being focus in do a lot things, so that they work in a better way because he was knowledgeable about how to teach and he used another method which consisted in repetition after him in order to learn from him and getting a result as he wanted. He needed to fall back on to another method in order to see the respond that they have, in whatever situation he used the audio-lingual method, it refer to the improvement of the pronunciation but, in this case, it is referring to the way they can learn from him, Because they were repeating after him for learn by heart a rule about match but the thing is he used this method so that they dont forget the rule. He has created his own environment because he always looked for different things what to do in the class as trying to talk like them as I told you before the gangster students. and having communication with them and he involved in their feeling because he asked them what do you have you he used the communicative language learning because he treated each one, according how they are, according with the troubles or the things that they need to improve. Well, when he got sick and he was in the hospital the another teacher was working with the students but they hadnt the same respond because they were used to do a lot things in the class and the another teacher didnt know it mean that when Jaime come back, they were very happy and he became a model to follow. Using these methods the students obtained a better performing in math The managers did an exam in order to know how much they have learnt and they can pass the exams because they were learned from Jaime. The thing is he was the best teacher because he tried to accommodate to their students he looked for different method but he obtained what he want.
