Job Summary Under the direction of the On-campus Recruiter-Advisor, and working in conjunction with both the nternationa!

Student Recruitment and Student Recruitment and Advising offices, "ampus #our Student Ambassadors work as officia! representatives of the university and !ead prospective students and their fami!ies on regu!ar!y schedu!ed tours of the campus$ Ambassadors are !eaders and ro!e mode!s on campus, who introduce student !ife and represent the university as a positive, inc!usive, dynamic, !earning and !iving environment$ Regu!ar campus tours are schedu!ed si% days a week from &onday to Saturday$ As we!!, Ambassadors have the opportunity to be invo!ved in ad-hoc tours for individua!s and schoo! group tours$ Ambassadors gain va!uab!e professiona! e%perience working with students and fami!ies from a!! over the wor!d$ #he "ampus #our Student Ambassador is a part-time student position$ Organi'ationa! Status Reports to the On-campus Recruiter(Advisor$ )orks in cooperation with *nro!ment Services staff and other student resource groups on campus$ )ork +erformed- ,asic -uties and Responsibi!ities .$ #our +articipation a/ 0ead effective and informative tours of the U," "ampus b/ 1reet and register tour participants c/ Respond to 2uestions from prospective students and their fami!ies in a professiona! manner3 refer more comp!e% or sensitive en2uiries to the schedu!ed tour Advisor(Recruiter for the day d/ )ork cooperative!y and effective!y with others in a team$ 4$ Administration and Re!ated -uties +re- tour duties a/*nsure that materia!s are avai!ab!e for registration and prepare registration area$ 5+rint tour registration !ist, p!ace "ampus #our banner and registration sign in appropriate !ocations, ensure that there are sufficient packages for tour participants, check number of parking passes and nametags, and other duties as re2uired$/ b/ Restock materia!s, if re2uired$ c/ Assist drop-in tour participants with registration$ 6$ +ost- tour duties a/ *nter drop-in tour participant information to the "!ient Re!ationship &anagement system 5*'Recruit/$ b/ "heck to ensure that there are sufficient materia!s for the fo!!owing day7s tour$ Restock, if re2uired$ c/ "omp!ete other duties as assigned$ "ampus #ours +rogram JO, -*S"R +# O89 "ampus #our Student Ambassador -*+AR#&*8#9 nternationa!
