What is Landed Cost?

Landed Cost is the total cost of a product once it has arrived at the

buyers door
The total cost includes the original cost of the item and all brokerage

and logistics fees such as freight, customs duties, insurance, handling fees, taxes, currency conversion, etc.
Not all of the above components are present in every shipment, but

they must be considered part of the landed cost
