INTERACTION RECORD

Introduction What is a Business Activity ? A business activity contains information about the interaction with the business partner on a particular date like email, appointment etc. What is an interaction record/log? It is a type of Business Activity generally created for every interaction in the Interaction Center(for eg. call center in a business scenario). henever a customer calls in, the agent sitting at the interaction center receives the call and creates a interaction log!record containing information about the interaction he!she had with the customer. A business transaction Interaction "og (of type business activity) can be created by following these steps # $. %pen transaction C&'()%&(*& and hit enter.

+. %n the top click on Business ,ransaction and click on Create.

-. A pop.up will appear asking for which type business transactions you want create. (ouble click on interaction record

/.0ollowing screen will apear, enter the (escription and click on save(both highlighted in red).

1. %n the same screen a message will appear at the bottom showing the Business ,ransaction 2o.($3$ in this case)

3. ,o see the created transaction 4ress 0.- or back button to return to the home screen *nter transaction C&'()%&(*& as in step $.

5. *nter created business transaction number i.e. $3$ and hit enter

6. ,he header details of this transaction can also be seen in table C&'()%&(*&A(')7 *nter transaction !nse$$

*nter table C&'()%&(*&A(')7 and click on display

%n selection screen enter $3$ in %b8ect I( and e9ecute

:;I( along with description and other details of interaction record can be seen as an entry in the table.

hat you need to do is, create two reports $st one to create this business transaction and +nd one to display the details of transaction created by $st report, whose details are below# &eport $# ,his report should have $ input parameter# 4)desc .<it should get saved as description.

And after e9ecuting the report the outcome should be Business ,ransaction 2o. which is created. &eport +# ,his report should have one input parameter i.e. (escription and it should display details# (escription. Created by Created %n ....*nd of ,ask.....
