1.What is the Loud Cry and where is it found? Revelation 18:1-24 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. Therefore shall her plagues

come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all. The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate. Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of

pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee; And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth. NOTE: The Loud Cry is the message that comes after the Three Angels Messages. It is the last warning to the world. It is one desperate cry by God to those that are in Babylon to come out, because they are His people. 2.How is Revelation Chapter 18 arranged? ANSWER: Revelation 18 is written as a chiasm, and there is a chiasm of songs. The first two songs are heavenly songs, there are heavenly beings that sing these songs, verses two and four. Songs three to five are earthly, verses 9, 11, and 17. And songs six to seven are heavenly, verses 21 and 19:1. So, all of these are a chiasm. So we have one and two heavenly, three to five earthly, six and seven heavenly. And these are great proclamations to the world. 3.In Revelation Chapter 18, how is Babylon described? Revelation 18:1-3 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the __________ of ______, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every ______ and hateful bird. rich through the abundance of her delicacies. NOTE: Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. Hmm, thats kind of powerful language, that means that the religious systems of the world will be controlled, not by the spirit of God, but by what? Spirits of demons, thats a very very serious situation. Every foul spirit and every unclean and hateful bird when the holy spirit was likened to a bird, what bird was used as a symbol? A dove, is that an clean or an unclean bird? Its a clean bird. Now we have an unclean bird, so here is an unclean spirit masquerading as the spirit of God. Have we seen such a spirit in some of the churches in the world? Didnt we look at some of the videos, and what we saw, and what terrible things transpire, and how these people then that bring about all these manifestations in the churches actually say that they themselves are God, and that, well they could have saved the world. And all these things, is that the spirit of God? Or is that the spirit of another kind? It must be a spirit of another kind. For all nations thats rather sad, have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, so Babylon is controlling the world, the religious system is controlling the world. So the nations have drunk it, and the kings of the earth, thats the rulers, have committed fornication with her, in other words theyre working together with the religious structures, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. What have the merchants got to do with this? This is fascinating stuff. So the nations are subject to Babylon, the kings are subject to Babylon, do you mean to tell me the merchants are also subject to Babylon? We will have to see if this is the case. 4.What is the message that God is giving to those who are trapped in Babylon? Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying,

_____ ____ of her, ___ _________, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. NOTE: So this is a message of separation, and God is calling a people out of Babylon. That means hes calling people out of systems of false worship, serious business. And we can reject it, or we could take heed to the warning. 5.What will be the fate for Babylon? Revelation 18:5-6 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and _______ unto her _________ according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. How much she hath glorified _________, and lived deliciously, so much _________ and __________ give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. NOTE: She has poured out false doctrines, she has exalted self instead of exalting God; and she will have to face the consequences because people on this planet will be lost because of her. 6.How will Babylon be destroyed? Revelation 18:7 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly _ ______ ____ _____: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. Leviticus 21:9 And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the ______, she profaneth her father: she shall be _______ ____ fire. NOTE: The judgment of this system is not some arbitrary decree

by God. The reason it will be burnt by fire, is because this system has played the harlot. It has been unfaithful to God. 7.What did Ellen G. White say about the events leading up to and surrounding the Loud Cry? 2 Selected Messages, Thus the substance of the second angels message is again given to the world, by that other angel who lightens the earth with his glory. These messages, worship God, give glory to him, the hour of judgment has come, Babylon has fallen, Babylon has fallen, do not accept the mark of the beast, these messages all blend into one. To come before the people in the closing days of this earths history. All the world will be tested, and all that have been in the darkness of error in regard to the Sabbath of the fourth commandment will understand the last message of mercy that is to be given to men. NOTE: Remember that the Sabbath is just the seal of authority to the entire law of God. So in a sense it stands out not because of the day, but because of the authority that it gives to the entire law of God. There were two temple cleansings, two calls out of Babylon when Jesus began His public ministry, He cleansed the Temple from its sacrilegious profanation. Among the last acts of His ministry was the second cleansing of the Temple. So in the last work for the warning of the world, two distinct calls are made to the churches. The second angels message is, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. And in the loud cry of the third angels message a voice is heard from heaven saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. (Revelation 18:4, 5). The Review and Herald, Dec. 6, 1893.

NOTE: That makes sense, there were two cleansings of the temple, there are two callings out, out of apostasy to the truth. Now, what are these sins? It is impossible to give this message as it should be given without telling exactly what the sins of Babylon are. Why? So, people can make an educated choice on what to do in regard to Babylon. In the very time in which we live the Lord has called His people and has given them a message to bear. He has called them to expose the wickedness of the man of sin who has made the Sunday law a distinctive power, who has thought to change times and laws, and to oppress the people of God who stand firmly to honor Him NOTE: Now thats very interesting, did we have some lectures here discussing how the law of God was changed? And did we look at what happened in history and how the Jesuits worked behind the scenes to control every aspect of humanity? Yes, so, we exposed some of this wickedness, and how political systems were going to be controlled by this power. In fact it goes further, in 4 Manuscript Release, she writes, People are to be shown what they may expect from the papal power. And the time has come when the Protestant churches are reaching out to grasp the hand of the power that has made voice the law of God. NOTE: Is that so? Is that happening? Did they do it? Are they in the ecumenical movement reaching over and saying, You are our spiritual leader, yes! So the people are to be shown what they may expect from the papal power. Did we do that in these lectures? Unfortunately, we had to look at these things. Its not an easy message to give, its actually even a dangerous message to give in the times we live in. But it is a necessary message. We are to give the message, Babylon the great is fallen, is

fallen, and is become the habitation of devilsCome out of her, My people... This message is to come to the churches. And the message must be so presented as to command the attention of reasoning minds. {10MR 315.2} NOTE: It must not be just a load of emotional stuff, it must be a logical message. I hope we have succeeded a little bit in that. It is a huge task. The message of the fall of Babylon, as given by the second angel, is repeated, Great power and glory were imparted to the angel, and as he descended, the earth was lightened with his glory. The light which attended this angel penetrated everywhere, as he cried mightily, with a strong voice, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the holy of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. The message of the fall of Babylon, as given be the second angel, is repeated, With the additional mention of the corruptions which have been entered the churches since 1844. NOTE: So in other words, when the message was first proclaimed early on, it wasnt clear what it really meant, it just meant: Babylon is fallen, because they have false doctrine. But how deep does the rot go? is part of the other angel. In other words, what this angel has to do, he has to not only say, Babylon you are fallen, but he must say, you have become a house of demons, and of every unclean bird, and how do you do that? You have to reveal the corruptions which have been entering the churches since 1844. Now, consider the lecture series weve had. We have looked at how occultism has come into the churches. Weve had a look at how people in high spiritual places have actually been members of secret societies that place Lucifer above Jesus Christ. We have seen how they manipulated the word of God and changed it. Have we seen that? We have seen how theyve placed themselves in the position of God, and even dared to say that they are,

I am, I am or even more horrendous, saying that they could have saved you; Kenneth Copeland said that. Now, is that not corruption that has come into the churches? And how the church of England has officially called for sances in the church. How can you allow that if you are a servant of the gospel? So these things are bad, they are bad. And they are designed so that people should recognize whats going on in the world out there. How they have left Jesus Christ behind and accepted another gospel. Our warfare is aggressive Let nothing lessen the fore of the truth for this time The third angels message must do its work of separating from the churches a people who will take their stand on the platform of eternal truth. {PM 387.2} I heard those clothed with the armor speak forth the truth with great power. It had effect. Many had been bound; some wives by their husbands, and some children by their parents. The honest who had been prevented from hearing the truth now eagerly laid hold upon it. All fear of their relatives was gone, and the truth alone was exalted to them. They had been hungering and thirsting for truth; it was dearer and more precious than life. I asked what had made this great change. An angel answered, It is the latter rain, the refreshing from the presence of the Lord, the loud cry of the third angel. EW 271 8.What is the latter rain all about? Joel 2:11 And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is ____ ______: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it? Joel 2:23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the ________ ____ moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the ______ ____ in the first month.

Hosea 6:3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the ________and _______ rain unto the earth. Zechariah 10:1 Ask ye of the LORD ____ in the time of the ______ _____; so the LORD shall make bright clouds and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field. NOTE: God started his ministry with a former rain, God will end his ministry with a latter rain. And the latter rain is the Loud Cry. 9.In Revelation Chapter 18, what do the earthly warnings consist of? Revelation 18:8-14 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. And the ___________ of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their ___________ any more: The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. NOTE: Why are all the people wailing and crying? Because of their loss, not because they wanted to repent, this is sorrow that leads to death. Sorry for loss, rather than Godly sorrow which leads to repentance, which is recognizing your own problem and changing.

10.Do the headlines of recent history attest to the fact that the kings of the earth and the beast are on the same page? NOTE: Pope calls for a new world order. CNN, his whole new years speech and whether its Putin or whether it is Bush, who cares? Theyre all under the same roof. Do you see that the kings of the world are going to wail when Babylon goes, yes or no? Yes, theyre going to wail. 11.Why are merchants mentioned in Revelation Chapter 18? Revelation 18:15-16 The _________ of these things, which were made ____ by ____, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! NOTE: Wow, so the whole system of the economy based on the secret societies is going to collapse. 12.Does Revelation 18 mention World Business? Revelation 18:17-18 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every ___________, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as ______ by sea, stood afar off, And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! Psalm 107:23 They that go down to the sea in ______, that do _________ in great waters; NOTE: Ships are symbols of the business world, and is it possible that the mega-companies of the world are run by the beast power? We will have to take a look at a few symbols and statements on the DVD presentation. 13.What about the Entertainment World?

Daniel 3:4-7 Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages, That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and ___ _____ of _______, ye fall down and ______ the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up: And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. Therefore at that time, when all the people heard the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and all kinds of musick, all the people, the nations, and the languages, fell down and worshipped the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up. NOTE: If used correctly music is a great power for good, for God invented Music. But, if music is perverted it is a tool for deception. The music that preceded the unveiling of the golden image created such an atmosphere of euphoria that it was very a simple step over to worship that false deity when it was unveiled. The same strategy is being repeated now, to dumb down the masses to accept the Mark of the Beast, and to untie the world religiously. 15.In summary, what do these messages we have looked at in this series contain?

ANSWER: 1) The sins of Babylon will be laid open Thats what this series was about. 2) The fearful results of enforcing the observances of the church by civil authority must be made plain. 1) The inroads of spiritualism into the church must be made plain. 4) The stealthy but rapid progress of the papal power must be made plain. 5) The testimony that Babylon is the church, fallen because of her errors and sins all will be unmasked. NOTE: This is a very special series, for a very special time in the history of the world. 16.In the end, what do we have to be fearful of? Romans 8:35-39 Who shall separate us from the ____ of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to ________ us from the ____ _ of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. NOTE: The only thing we have to fear is to not be on the side of Christ. If we are the side of Jesus we have nothing to fear whatsoever.
