SHAZIA ILMI FROM R.K PURAM CONSTITUENCY AREA, DELHI FOR VIOLATING ELECTION CODE OF CONDUCT DURING THE ELECTION RALLY IN R. K. PURAM AREA DELHI Sir, At the outset it is hereby mentioned that Ms. Shazia Ilmi is party candidate from R.K.Puram Constituency area for Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for the upcoming Delhi State elections. It is hereby brought into your kind notice that on 12/11/2013, an election rally was organized by Ms. Shazia Ilmi in R.K.Puram area of Delhi. Being the citizen of India and the legitimate voter in State of Delhi, and being endowed with Constitutional Rights under Constitution of India, I do wish to complaint against Ms. Shazia Ilmi, Mr Rajiv Laxman and against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) before your good office. This is to inform you that on 12/11/2013, in the said election rally by Ms. Shazia Ilmi, a television celebrity Mr. Rajiv Laxman was called for campaigning for AAP in the R.K.Puram area. This is to clarify hereby, legally

and otherwise also, that if any candidate calls/invites any other person for campaigning, such candidate is solely responsible for all the acts and omissions of such person-called to campaign, in view of the principles of Law of Priniciapl/Agent. And if any act or omission, on behalf of such person-called for campaign, amounts to some illegality or violation of general code of conduct, such person himself has to be held liable, and moreover and more strictly, also the candidate who called such person has to held vicariously liable for such illegality or violation of code of conduct by such person-called for campaign. It is hereby very specifically stated here that Mr. Rajiv Laxman, in presence and on behalf of AAP and Ms. Shazia Ilmi, questioned and challenged the statement of Mr. Sushil Kumar Shinde, wherein Mr. Sushil Kumer Shinde had spoken about the illegal foreign fundings to Aam Aadmi Party. While questioning and challenging Mr. Sushil Kumar Shindes statement, the said Mr. Rajiv Laxman used most unparliamentarily language on behalf of Ms. Shazia Ilmi and AAP. Mr. Rajiv Laxman used following languages for Mr---: .unki phatt gayi. Phatt gayi bete? Kar le tehqiqat, ek kaam kar, apni bi kara le tehqiqat. Hamare unees karood (19,00,00,000) pe nazar hai Harami It is also hereby submitted/complained to your good office that all this happened in the presence of Ms. Shazia Ilmi and more appropriately speaking, on her behalf, being invitee. Ms. Shazia Ilmi was seen cheering and clapping for every word Mr. Rajiv Laxman stated and spoke. The cheering and clapping by Ms. Shazia Ilmi

depicts her agreement and her concurrence with every word spoken by Mr. Rajiv Laxman. It is hereby requested to your good office that Ms. Shazia Ilmi has blatantly violated general code of conduct in elections and hence her nomination from R.K.Puram constituency should stand cancelled/stayed, and she may be proceeded against accordingly. Moreover, it is not out of place to mention that use of such unparliamentarily language is also an offence under various sections of Indian Penal Code, and hence it is also prayed to your good office that appropriate action, by way of FIR or any other appropriate motion, should be launched against Ms. Shazia Ilmi and Mr. Rajiv Laxman, for disreputing the sanctity of Elections and for violating code of conduct and for commiting offences under IPC and other Laws.
