All of its character have a leader ship quality such as at start the castelo made a some type of heavy investment on seloven from his childhood he knows how he can use his quality for his benefit . Planning is used at every point such as at the start the castelo make a plan and then use the boy seloven for his benefit he make a plan and then according to it enter the boy in the police department for its benefit. Organizing is also apply in it they decide what task are to be done and who is to be done by them. Such as castelo chose seloven for his task and the digman use billi and they both also tell them what to do. Leading and controlling is also used such as they lead the subordinate and tell them how to work effectively and then control as the plan becomes successful or not. Castelo have technical , human and conceptual skills. He knows very well how to use a person in a best way, such as he use the seloven and billi at different points in movie. Castelo also play three main role in it such as interpersonal, informational and decisional role. He was a leader of a gang in it and controls his gangsters. Castelo knows about the thinking and psyche of subordinate he know how to get work from them. Such as he dont trust anyone and for his work he also enforce to seloven otherwise he will kill his girlfriend.

Billy have both mental and physical abilities to manage all the tasks cleverly which are assigned The young undercover cop billy assigned for secrets work for state police. He have skills to manage both roles.1 (state police officer) 2 (A spy ) The task which is assigned to belly is very important to work with undercover with Irish mobster Frank Castello to get evidences to arrest him. His head Dignum and Queenan allocate some resources in the start and knew his true identity. His proper planning to manage all the working assigned by the state police is very nice. His role follows the mintzbergs all roles ( interpersonal , informational ,decisional ). him. he shows off his mental abilities when the microprocessor were selling to the Chinese smuggler by Costello by telling the state police there is one rat whose one tell your all secrets to Costello. He have the personality which should be very important for his type of profession. i.e which is also used for the recruit the officers for his working. BEHAVIOR OF CAPTAIN QEUNON

Qeunon is the captain of special investigation unit. He is the leader who judges the selecting abilities of the right person for the right job.
