Commissioning procedure

1. Use net cable to connect MCPA, select UDP, click start bottom. Then click Get MOID From Device bottom to get the parameter list.

2. Set longitude and latitude, according to the following digarm.

3. Set control center phone No. and Report phone No. according the following diagram.
(1) Control Center Phone No.1 = +841228500031 (2) Control Center Phone No.2 = +841203539451 (3) Report Phone No.1 = 01228500031 (4) Report Phone No.2 = 0933086498

4. Set DL attenuation. (1) first set DL Att = 19

(2) then go to the operation status page, get the DL O/P value. If the DL O/P 49, then go to the RF parameter page to set DL att =18. Repeat again, until the DL O/P = 49. Note: Dont make the DL O/P 50, otherwise It will damage the MCPA.

5. Copy all the parameter pages according the following picture. (1) Device information page

(2) Monitoring parameter page

(3) Alarm Enable/Disable page

(4) Alarm Status page

(5) RF Parameter page

(6) Operation Status page
