Marilyn* age 40, had an abortion in 1984. She’s

been a heroin addict for the past 15 years. Three
years ago she trusted Christ as Savior. Marilyn
believes the Lord spared her life for a reason.

When her mother died, she relapsed into drugs to deal

with with her emotions.

Gloria, an Irvington Gateway volunteer, shared with

her from John 10. We gave her a Bible (she had
requested one) and encouraged her to enter a
Christian rehab program.

Since her test was negative, we believe the Lord had

other reasons for her visit to Gateway!
