Salary

25K-35K (month) ( 3lacs/a - 4.20lacs/a )

CTC will be the annual package. To illustrate, in case a candidate has been offered 25K/month, the CTC will be 3lpa.
Apparently, there will be an Income Tax deduction(as applicable based on the CTC offered). Additionally, in case if the
candidate wishes to opt for PF deduction, the employer will also provide their share after deducting the PF from CTC.

Round 1: Group Discussion


Round 2: Shortlisted candidates will appear for the HR screening.
Round 3: General Online Competency Test
Round 4: Final round with Business

Job Summary:
Build and leverage relationships with existing clients through proactive, creative and ongoing client service to ensure
retention of clients.
Job Profile:
Key Responsibility Areas:

Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with existing clients by ensuring excellent service.
Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing paid members by
selling them high end products.
Responsible for client retention or no loss of accounts.
Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures.
Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables
Responsible for timely renewals and up selling.

Skill sets :
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment and sense of job
ownership.
Able to build credible relationships with influencing ability.
Must have minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client Management.
