Role Objective / Purpose:

Activate, Develop & manage an effective Motor channel business.

Primary Responsibilities Header / Definition IN ORDER TO (what results) KRAs

Drive Sales & Distribution as per the assigned targets for the channel Identify, recruit and develop channels to ensure delivery of the assigned targets Achieving Top Line and Bottom Line for the channel Maintaining all MIS related to their set of channels and sharing relevant information to the channel Managing claims and garage flow of accident vehicles with claims team. Customer and channel retention Aware of market and competition trail along-with best practices Reporting of daily activities and updates Competencies: Relationship Management Analytical Skills Effective communicator
