Accessing ePortfolio
1. Log into Staffroom. 2. Access CloudDeakin.

3. Access ePortfolio (available from any screen in CloudDeakin) via My Tools.

ePortfolio Tabs
Dashboard
The Dashboard is similar to a social media newsfeed. It will show you all the recently added, updated or shared items. 1. New Button a. HTML File A type of artefact where you can add in different kinds of formatting, embedding codes and custom collection of artefacts in one artefact. b. Link (to an external page) c. Audio Recording d. Form Response Not Available e. Reflection Text responses to use as discussion, responses or set goals. f. Collections A form of folder to organise artefacts and presentations. g. Presentation The webpage/portfolio presentation of your artefacts.

2. Upload Button a. File from computer b. File from locker This is a very small amount of storage in CloudDeakin. c. Site results d. Import package Use this to import ePortfolio content that you have exported previously. (Needs to be in a compressed file type such as .zip).

3. Filters a. My Items b. Share Items c. Subscriptions d. Friends List 4. Stream This includes all recent activity within ePortfolio. This can be invites to other ePortfolios, artefacts youve recently uploaded or edited, ePortfolios shared with you and updated ePortfolios that you had subscribed to. 5. Invites Any invites that people have sent to you will appear on the right hand side of the Dashboard for you to view.

6. Search & Settings Located in the top right of the Dashboard.

7. Profile Access your profile from the Dashboard.

11. Filters Use the filters by clicking on the type of artefact that you wish to search by. a. Artefacts b. Collections c. Presentations d. Reflections e. Objectives f. Shared|Unshared

Explore
In the Explore tab you will be able to view and access anything that has been shared with you including: Artefacts Collections Presentations Reflections Objectives

Sharing Groups
In this tab you can create groups to allocate permissions to edit or view artefacts and presentations with.
