TOTAL RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Our typical recruitment process: a complete process in 4 steps marked by meetings with HR professionals and line managers/metiers. This process, set up by the Group, can be adapted to subsidiaries and countries. Our recruitment: as this decision will be important to the Group over the following years, it will be taken jointly with all parties.

A GROUP CAREER MANAGER, LINE MANAGERS/METIERS

EXTERNAL RECRUITMENT OFFICE

Your application form, filled in during your appointment at the external recruitment office, must summarize your degree course and work experiences, give details on your professional project and highlight your motivations to join the Group During an individual interview, the external recruitment consultant will assess your motivations and ensure that your profile matches the position and is compatible with the Group criteria. During this meeting, you may be given some tests (personality, logic).

The career manager is responsible for assessing your prospects for career growth within the Group, depending on your motivations, your aspirations and the needs of the Group. If you join the Group, the career manager will be responsible for the HR monitoring of your career Line managers/metiers: during one-to-one interviews, they will outlay the details of the position and the working context, will assess your technical skills and your potential to work within the team. During these interviews, your professional development will be considered for the early years of your career.

Decision of recruitment: Following step of the process:


you will receive within a fortnight an answer from our Recruitment Department confirming whether the Group will pursue the process. the HR professionals, line managers/metiers, collectively make the final decision which will be communicated to you by our Recruitment Department.

This person will manage the entire procedure and be your main contact within Total. During a one-to-one interview, you will discuss the position, your career path, your aspirations Our purpose is to give you all the possible information available on the position and its potential evolutions. Dont forget to bring with you the original copy of your diplomas!

Your application has been accepted, our recruiter will offer you a contract. Then, you will sign the contract with the HR Director of the branch concerned.
