A FATHERLESS WITNESS TO THE CRIME OF INHERITANCE GENOCIDE

(Letter written by request to Dexter Livingstone: The question was to explain what happened, how it happened and who was involved in making it happen. Names are omitted to protect the writer and his mother from being identified). The Son writes: Really I do not understand your request very well but to the best of my little understanding, I hereby write as follows; The Only and memorable crime I have ever seen and witness including my mother is the ugly assassination of my beloved and caring father and husband to my mother on a fateful day. However it did not end immediately after my fathers death and burial. We experienced Intimidation, Dehumanization, Abuse etc upraised from my Late Fathers brother. I and my mother were held hostage for many months, no telephone or communication with any human being on Earth. We were totally beaten up physically with both our human and civil rights deprived from us. While being held hostage, my late fathers brother confiscated every property of my father and all cash in the bank. He then brought an agreement that I and mother should sign and when we refused, we were beaten until we passed out. We recovered in the Hospital and through the aid of a Good Samaritan I and mother escaped and tried to fight for our rights but it was not possible because a BIG TREE (My Fathers Brother) was standing against us. Now we went through the traditional means and we were told that it is the tradition, and there after we (Mother and I) seek for a legal process because we know that it is not our tradition but My Late Fathers Brother WHO connived it with the collusion of CORRUPT elders to take what belong to us as the only survival of my father. After trying all we could to no avail, we decided to be silent until on a faithful day a friend took me to the internet where I sent my request for assistance to Dexter Livingstone who then came into our lives to assist. This is all I can say for now. Thank you for listening. Dexter Livingstone: Upon hearing of their plight I did some investigation and realized that this was indeed a terrible crime perpetuated by a local criminal conspiracy against a widow and child. This was a case of ongoing unmitigated INHERITANCE GENOCIDE. While I was engaged in checking the facts their time had run out. They were now barricaded in their unpaid room by a hotel manager in a low class hotel who had cut off their power and the water. I fortunately was able enlist a good man in the city to go to their rescue with several helpers and out of his own pocket he paid the hotel bill and deposited the widow and son and all that they had into a rental guest house owned by him. I sent as much money as I had available personally and realizing that I did not have enough and that this was not an isolated incident, I started the Linkedin Group; POWERFUL ORGANIZED WOMEN, to reach out and contact more capable assistance and obtain help to meet their immediate needs and then move them out of the country to safety. In my quest I found that their lives were in constant danger of being found out as there is a thriving business in Accra to assassinate the widows of inheritance fraud and make the children orphans. The uncle would most likely have them killed so his claim to their stolen fortune would remain unchallenged.

In my quest for help I also found 150 likewise rendered orphans sheltered secretly by a brave public official who also requires assistance. This is the background of the incident and the need. Right now this widow under my protection needs $500 for their last hotel bill, $500 for the last month s rent, and $500 for Decembers rent. Their upkeep and food at $100/week is needed as well. My plan is to stabilize their living situation and then raise enough money to export them out of the country to speak in the West at fund raisers, and then engage incorruptible police, lawyers and prosecutors for the cause of justice and recover their property and assets. POW has therefore been explicitly created to stand for Widows and Orphans that have been criminally assaulted and are under threat of death.
