excellence and provides value added end-to-end IT
solutions. Satyam’s client includes 140 multinational
companies including 4 of Fortune 10 companies and 81 of
fortune 500 companies. Sayam’s offices are spread in 45
countries.
 Job is in a technical environment, focusing on:
Forwarding and receiving calls from the offshore and onsite
clients.
 Facilitating connections for USA, Australia, Dubai, Japan,
UK, Germany, Netherlands clients.
 Arranging teleconferences both for the offshore and onsite
clients.
 Updating of data circuit lines, USA link lines, and fax on
daily basis.
 Forwarding and receiving messages through e-mail.
 Handling complaints and grievances for clients.

 Preparation of Payment Approval Form for the Vendors to
release the payment.
 Preparation of Telephone PAF through Telephone
Management System.
 Preparation of Travel expenditure statement and Carlson
and Wagonlit’s air ticket statement.
 Liasoning with BSNL, Airtel and Reliance PRI subscribers
for service connectivity.
 Creating awareness about the telecom features among the
associates by sending mails through Common Mail.
