Announcement of ICEAS 2013

The 2nd International Conference on Engineering and Applied Science (ICEAS) 2013 is the main annual Engineering and Applied Science conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. ICEAS 2013 will be held during March 15-17, 2013 in Tokyo and the idea of ICEAS is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the universities and the industry. ICEAS is supported by the Higher Education Forum and aims to provide a multi-cultural and multi-dimensional engineering and science conference. The theme highlights on all aspects of sciences such as Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Sciences, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Environmental Science, Fundamental and Applied Sciences, Material Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering

The official language of the conference is English. All papers must be written in English. Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished papers. All papers must be submitted electronically via http://www.iceaas.org/ which is the conference official website. Submitted papers should not have been submitted for review, accepted for publication, or already published elsewhere. Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings provided that at least one author registers for and presents in the conference. High quality papers will be nominated for the best paper award. All competitive papers will have possibility to be recommended for

I. Flow of Registration

Once you receive the notification of acceptance, please choose the methods of payment. 1. Pay in your local bank (account details will be sent to you with the notification of acceptance.) 2. Login your ICEAS account with your email and password, and you can make the payment via PAYPAL with your credit card.

II. Receipt

We will provide you the receipt of ICEAS on conference site along with a certificate of attendance.

III. Refund

Please note that if you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you must do so in writing by mailing iceas@iceaas.org. Registration cancellation subject to a USD100 service fee. Refunds will not be given after Final Paper Submission and Registration Deadline.
Submission Format

Please submit full papers to ICEASs website. All submitted papers should be saved in the form of Microsoft Word files (*.doc). The length of the full paper is limited to a maximum of 8 pages (A4 size, single space, Times New Roman of font size 10, and in two columns format), including figures, tables and references. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to register and present their papers. Papers will be published in the conference proceedings only if at least one of the authors is officially registered and presents at the conference.

Publication Opportunities
All papers presented at ICEAS will be included in the proceedings of ICEAS, and recommended to different journals.
