1.0 INTRODUCTION
Initially Ansart was very much influenced by TMSU (Traffic Modelling Simulation Unit), his strategic partner from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Ansart was earlier known as Analytical Studies and Research in Transport and Traffic Team since its involvement . then was majored in traffic and transport consultation.
Ansart was established in 1992 by the name of Menara Segar Sdn Bhd (MSSB). MSSB at the time was a project development consultant which involved in development planning, construction, technology, IT and traffic consulting. MSSB was among the first agent to Autocad Asia through his partner of Highway and Transport Group from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Earlier in 2008 Ansart introduce VISSIM and VISUM into Malaysia as a solution tool in Traffic Simulation. The aim was as a tool for an imaginary real situation to analyze the order in proposing several options for traffic solutions, dispersal and to accelerate the movement of vehicles for a specific case. With TMSU, Ansart was then set up with the purpose of providing clients with transport and traffic related services in particular study to the issues using computer modeling and simulation.

Besides developing and designing the system for Transport Planning, Traffic Management and Traffic Operations, Ansart is also now focusing on its major future tool for technology innovations. As an inventor group, Ansart is very much appreciate and welcome any investor or counterpart with the same vision to share our mission towards making an easier and sustainable life for the people.

Besides the professionals in ANSART, members in the team also comprise of post-graduate students and research assistants who are engaged either in the pursuit of post-graduate studies or are being employed to conduct research support in USM. 1. The modelling and simulation approach in transport planning and traffic management is an essential tool for many agencies and developers who are interested to understand present and future issues that they are or will be facing with respect to their development proposals. Modelling and simulation provides a fast and inexpensive method for evaluating issues and problems relating to traffic and transport. 2. The Project Management is part of Ansart specialties. Being in construction since the 90-s had made Ansart to make a major come back by integrating findings of new technology, suitable system and effective planning before taking off into the total construction management control. For the case Ansart will closely collaborate with his strategic alliance of construction consultant team. 3. Innovations and new technology provider is part of Ansart interest towards future expansions. At the moment Ansart is looking into a) educating future generations into creative tech innovation set of mind by using Resberry Pi as a platform and b) to better systemized the transport operational control by using his own RFID tools and features.

3.0 SOFTWARE AND TOOLS

TMSU uses several well-known up dated software and tools to support its studies and findings. Besides the common method of data collection and analysis, TMSU is unique as a solution provider in the country by offering clients high-end up-market capability at very competitive cost. Similar work by foreign consultants will be very demanding on the clients budget.
