BE AN INTERNATIONAL NURSE

Whats the meaning of nursing? And what does the duty of nurse? Maybe, in this era, many people think that nursing profession is a tired job, cause a fuss, with a little salary. But, have you ever thought that actually nursing profession can be a promise profession?? Nursing is one of profession that in action must landed by knowledge and have a clear skill in its specialization. Besides that, as a nurse in nursing profession must have autonomy in authority and responsibility in action and there must be an ethic code in work, and also be oriented in servicing by giving nursing caring to individual, group or society. Nurse is someone who have graduate for nursing education or college, DIII or SI grade. In that nursing college, a nurse candidate will be taught how to be a good nurse, have knowledge and skill full. Much knowledge given to them, it is about Human Body Anatomy until knowledge to full fill basic human need. A good nurse must be able to handle all this knowledge in order to face the patient next time. From up definition, so in doing nursing practice, a nurse must have knowledge in nursing caring, but beside that nurse also must have the other skill. One of this is communicative skill when they face their patients. It will give benefit to nurse when they face theirs patient, nurse will be more easy to understand what their patient feel and want. Nurse in this era have to be different if compared with previous nurse. Whereas, patient who cared rudely, they will be health more slow than patient who cared lovely. So, previous nurse who known as a cruel nurse, must be changed into nurse who caring their patient patiently and love full. In order, patient will be health quickly. After exploring how to be a good nurse, maybe we will think, what will I get after that? After I am clever in all of nursing skill, will I always serve in that profession with a little salary?? Or have I move to other profession with a great salary?? Alright, if in your mind is like that. As we know, nurse is more popular known as doctor servant. Not yet including when there is hospital employee selection, we still need to be

competitive with a hundred even a thousand graduate student from another nursing college. It is not easy, isnt it? But, do you know that actually many big countries like America, Japan, Korea, and so on, consider that graduating nurse from Indonesia is a competent nurse and they expect graduating nurse from Indonesia can work in their hospital. As nursing by working in another country, we can help peoples, we also can touring and have vacation in country where we work, and we will get a great salary from there.

Nurse who able to collaborate his knowledge and art in nursing practice, it will give benefit to client and client family. Dari definisi di atas maka dalam melaksanakan tugas praktik keperawatan, seorang perawat harus memiliki pengetahuan tentang asuhan keperawatan, selain itu perawat juga harus memiliki keterampilan lain dalam melaksanakan praktik keperawatannya. Keterampilan itu diantaranya communicative skill atau keterampilan berkomunikasi saat menghadapi pasiennya. Hal ini akan memberi kemudahan bagi perawat saat menghadapi pasien, perawat akan lebih mudah dalam memahami apa yang dirasakan dan diinginkan pasien.
