The President's Message

Dear Recruiters It gives me a great pleasure to welcome you to leaf through the pages of this brochure and get a broad overview of our programmes, activities, activities & placement process. However i urge you to visit our institute and interact with our students and faculty to gain a firsthand understanding of what the institute stands for and how we develop our students into organizational leaders of the 21st century. In pursuance of the mission of the Post Graduate programme we are extensively selective in recruiting our students. As you are aware the first step in the selection process is the common Admission Test/Management Aptitude Test, in which more than four hundred thousand students appear. This is followed by a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview by eminent interview panel. We have a very talented faculty with advanced degrees in management and related fields from very highly regarded academic institutions of India and abroad. The Post Graduate Programme is very carefully designed to develop our students into global organizational leaders who can create wealth for their organization. of Indian economies and societal realities. Above all we prepare them to be principled organizational managers and leaders with a caring attitude and an ethical orientation, which we think is absolutely essential in the present business environment. As a management institution, the development of the budding managers in all aspects related to business and economy is our aim. But it can only be achieved when there is a realization about our goals and targets and we are completely focused on it.

Prof. Barbara Cangan President
