1. Introduction
For every generation television play very important role in learning things. After family and school, electronic media plays important role in changing attitudes of adults as well as children. Particularly television plays crucial role in socializing children. Being too much watch of television, it will create violence miss behavior in the childrens attitude. TV is harmful or not, depends on several factors; what is being watched, who is watching, with whom, while doing what and for how long (Sparrow, 2007). Television leads children how they can look like, behave like what do they wear and so on. Children can learn a lot of things from televisions in all aspects. According to other research It was also conclude that television harm the brain development of the children. It badly effect the ability and capability of child before preschooling.

2. Literature Review
Children have poor performance in school, especially in the areas of language and reading. If TV is substituted for reading and talking with others at a young age, children may have delayed language development. Similarly children having poor performance those who watched television heavily at home (Razel, 2011). They are being less able to use imagination. Too much TV can lead to an overload on the visual part of the brain, while depriving other parts of the brain. Areas of the brain responsible for creative thought and imagination are under used because watching television doesnt require these skills. They are not

being able to tell apart television from the real world. television could promote positive development and learning outcomes for younger children and negative

results on older children (Healy, 2004). Too many fast paced images from TV watching keeps the brain from learning how to pay attention and also the instant stimulus of TV can cause a children to become impatient in complex situations. They have poor skills in planning and judging. The areas of the brain responsible for these skills are under used and not fully developed if a young child watches too much television and plays too many video games. They are more likely to be violent when problems occur. Television and video game violence is thought to be responsible for 10% to 20% of all real-life violence.
